The slowest Tim Hortons ever. How can there be so few employees for such a popular location? Don?t bother trying to come here on... a weekend. Will take over 30 minutes. Food is good but they got to figure out the staff situation. Every other Tims I?ve beentoo is five times faster. Read more
They ussually don't have a variety in the donuts. I arrived at 7 and the place was really dirty. There were many tables and... seats available but difficult to pick the cleanest place. I used a napkin to clean some seats. Read more
I?m here at the moment. The employee misunderstood a drink we ordered (when 2 people in line clearly heard what we ordered), and... the employee still doesn?t want to give us what we ordered. Instead of correcting the error, she blames the customer andcontinues to respond with a negative attitude. While I?m here writing this review, I can hear the tone she uses to talk toother customers. Clearly unprofessional and less than I would expect from Tim Horton?s. My advice, go to another location orwalk across the street to Starbucks. Read more
I work at White Rock City Hall and my administration team has had several impressive experiences with this Tim Horton's location... over the last few months, so we wanted to share our appreciation! We have had a number of events/training sessions for whichwe've needed large amounts of coffee and goodies. Every time we've contacted the restaurant staff ahead of time, they have beenhelpful in confirming our order and making arrangements for us. When picking up our orders in-store, the staff have beenextremely pleasant and helpful, and our orders have been completed perfectly each time, with no mistakes. As we work in afast-paced environment ourselves, and since we rely on food orders being consistent and timely for our events, this service hasbeen greatly appreciated.
