Night manager (Filipino lady) provided the worst service ever, I would recommend her to be more compassionate and kind and not... argue with the customer. This manager held up the drive thru line for 25 minutes. Poor service from the managers part. Wouldnever go back if she?s working. Seems like she?s frequently causing issues, maybe reassess her position? Read more

I ordered a steeped tea, double double. They gave me a coffee. They even wrote "ST" on the lid. The drive-thru wasn't even that... busy. What a waste of time and money. Thank you for messing up something so simple. Read more

I visit this place almost every day and I am loving the service here. But yesterday I placed an order and when I reached to the... window, no one came there to take my money. A guy with turban was standing there and was not taking my money. Placed my tea atwindow, looked at me and left. After waiting for almost 7-10 minutes, he came and yelled at me and said ,? Open up your window,,I replied I was waiting for you . He said everyone knows this is the rule and he behaviour was not pleasing at all. I told himthat I know .. He started yelling at me and said you are disgusting. I also worked at Tim Hortons and I know how important isthe customer service. Please try to be kind, looks like he does not enjoy your work at all. Moreover, if he has any personalproblems he can not take his anger out on the customers. No one ever behaved like him. I was so disappointed yesterday and didnot expect this at all. I wish I could give just zero star. Read more

Just ordered Chicken noodles soup. The girl who took the order didn't ask me is it for here or to go...when she started packing... for "to go" ...i stopped her and told her I wana have it here...Nad I told her that I think you forgot to ask is it for here orto go....she was surprised...then she started throwing all the things on a tray in some kind of anger...I wish I could make avideo of her the way she was throwing spoons and napkins....the bun is like ice cold...soup is bland.. filled with pasta nochicken to be seen...the worst part was the service the way she handled the situation....instead of saying sorry she made myexperience more worst. Disappointed again! It?s the little things like butter for my bun that came with my chilli. They provided the knife but nothing... to use it with. It just shows again and again that Tim Hortons employees don?t care about the quality of their work. This kindof thing is consistent at all branches of Tim Hortons. Going to Tim?s is like being a Leaf fan, always disappointed even thoughyou keep going back to them ? hoping it?ll be different this time. See my sad, dry bun pic! Read more

Coming here to get donuts and ice capped was one of my favorite activities before the outbreak of Covid-19. Of course, one donut... each person was never enough so my family of three always order half a box of donut for a very fair price!! Much check out theirHoney Cruller and sour cream donuts, not expensive at all for such wonderful quality! I also enjoyed the atmosphere at thiscoffee shop! It was a great spot with great staff! Thanks!! Now I?m off shore and out of the country surely did I miss thisplace!!! Read more

Our state was very nice so typical Sheraton Hotel very nice the room looked very nice, linen clean etc. Front desk staff are... very polite courteous and very helpful. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the shower having a hot shower and then allof a sudden the run the water running cold, then adjusting the water to going running to going warm, then it became too hot,painfully.... This is the only negative in our stay. Hoping this property can correct this for future guests. Read more
