This location is located off 64th avenue in Cloverdale. Stopped by yesterday just to pick up a coffee. Service was ok. The... restaurant seemed to need some repairs . There is outdoor seating at this location. The area it is situated in is not thebest. There seems to be a certain element of criminal activity in the area. I come here after work, and I can say this is the best Tim Hortons Ever! The staff is always super friendly, great with... customers and always wishes us to "have a good day" when we pull away. The girl there even remembers how I prefer my coffees andaccompaniments. Read more
Why can 8 cars go through a drive through before 2 people in store can be served. Yes I understand you have to keep drive thru... timers down but what about the people who actually make the effort to get out of their cars to come into your store. Every timehortons is the same these days. Bunch of women standing and talking when they walk off it looks like they got told they have towork 24 hours straight... 4 times I said to the cashier a large coffee 2 cream 1 sugar... she looked to be teaching someone...then finally the lady on the otherwise cleaning the donut display glass said he asked for a coffee 2 cream 1 sugar 4 times. Tim Horton's is really losing its lustre. The quality of the food over the last short period of time has really declined. The... coffee often tastes burnt or acrid. The cups/lids leak almost every time. You have to now pay extra for dipping sauce if youdon't want to eat dry potato wedges. The service is prompt, and the staff is friendly. But often whenever I get something togo, the bag ends up being an absolute MESS. It is not just this location, it is a common problem. This time I got some dippingsauce for the wedges and the lid wasn't closed properly on the small container so when I reached into the bag to grab it, it wasjust everywhere. It isn't super easy to clean up either. Other times I'll get chili and a bun and ask for the bun to bebuttered, but they'll skip this step and just throw a few butter packets into the bag with the hot chili. They will melt andburst and then the ENTIRE bag is soaked in grease and butter. I'm not a clumsy person, this is not due to me being undulycareful. Maybe this issue can be solved with better training? I.e.please just butter the bun? (I'm driving and this is notexactly easy to do while piloting a vehicle). I'm not trying to be a whiner, but when a person pays close to the provincialminimum wage for a sandwich meal, coffee, and a donut, it would be nice to not have these problems. Read more
I have been here many times and the majority of the employees will grab the doughnuts with the same gloves they take your order... with, without using the wax paper. Its super disgusting and I get glazed suger on my coffee cups most the time as well. I end upjust tossing the doughnut, so I have stopped ordering them from this location. Read more
