This location is by far the worst Tim Hortons ever. It is close by my work but from now on I will never go there again. Sure... they have fast service but the consistency is terrible. They can get your food out in minutes. But they will mess up everyorder. When I order its very detailed and thorough. However, they will give you the wrong item, forget items and rush your foodso much that you get breakfast wrap shoved into the package so when you open it and you lose all the contents. Every time Iorder the cheese croissant its super stale. The manager needs to be doing a better job with the staff. Getting a person on themic who takes down orders properly, people who dont just throw all the items in a bag or wrapper, and teach people theimportance of thorough work and customer service skills. I want to let the owners or managers know about my experience today. I dined in with my son and my friend with their son as... well. At first, the staff that took our orders was really rude when I ask for some sleeves, guy in a purple turban told me theydont have one and so i ask for an extra cup and is charging me for it but we just let it pass. After a few minutes during ourvisit smoke starting to appear all over the restaurant. So then i checked because it is a hazard for all the customers. And thelady cleaning the panino griller at 6:20pm told me that she didnt have a choice but to clean it early because she needs to gohome early. And so i ask for the managers card and they wont talk to me and all their backs are turn. Then they told my friendswife that they need to go home by 11pm because their bus arrives at 11pm. Great location, always makes my meal fast. Sometimes forgets if I modify my order but they are an extremely busy... location. Although I was there today during a lunch rush and the store was filled with people. There were about 8 workershurrying to complete orders and one male manager standing in the middle of the kitchen (maskless) barking orders at the otherstaff. He did not think to maybe help the staff out but had enough time to make himself a coffee while he continued to yell atthem and be in their way. Hate to see staff be treated this way by someone who is supposed to be helping them. Read more
We came there at 8:45am, they didn't have the soup, or the chili ready and they don't know when it will be ready. We ordered a... classic blt, there were a lot of broken egg shell in it. Read more
Always makes the food wrong!! I?m super frustrated because this Tim Hortons is close to my work but they never get the simplest... orders right. Super frustrated and when I call them they ask me to email because they are busy. So I waste extra time takingpics and emailing them that they made my food wrong. Not even worth the hassle I will have to drive out of the way for a simplesandwich. Read more
I ordered a quencher and I told the employee that it didn't taste the same (I realized later they gave me wrong drink) and... instead of listening, she argued that that's how they always make it. I said I've had the drink thousands times, she said that'show they make it. Too much attitude, zero cx service skills. Read more
Iconic Canadian coffee shop named after a famous hockey ???? player. I have been coming to Tim Hortons for many years and I... have always found the coffee shop to be consistent with their food and coffee and donuts. This location is easily accessibleand has plenty of parking spaces available. The store itself is clean and well lit. My favourite is a medium coffee ?? withone cream and a sour cream glazed donut.
