I've gone through the drive-thru multiple times. The customer service as been hit and miss, but still subpar on the better days.... I wouldn't recommend ordering food here. I've tried to get a Turkey Bacon Club twice and both times it's been so poorly made Ihaven't eaten more than half. The potato wedges are soft, leaving me to assume they're just reheated and old. Iced Capps aregenerally okay by Tim's standards. They do expect you to pay very fast. Like before you're able to put your food or drink downthey're extending the debit machine towards you. Read more

I go Sunday morning bofore work I order breakfast from there I pay for fresh food and good service but I get neither. They give... me stale sandwiches which wasn?t even chewable taste disgusting looks gross. The coffee here always tastes so bad!! They always give old coffee. Please train your staff on how to make coffee and kindly do... not give old bitter coffee to your customers! There is another Tim Hortons nearby and there is so much difference in theircoffee. That is the actual coffee. Read more

Lady at the window is rushing me too much, literally pushing the machine to my face. Very rude customer service. I got a heavy... order not just some coffee - I didn't even have a moment to explain I want to redeem my points. I'm trying to save money and notjust trying to save my time here. After the lady went to get my food I tried to share you were rushing me and I forgot to redeemmy points lady said I cannot redeem point or save money now while putting on an unpleasant face. There was such a rude behaviour of employees and their supervisors as well. I visit Tim daily but never received such behaviour... ordered 4 different items and they were out of all of those and at last I ordered a sandwich and they gave me wrap instead. Italked to their supervisor and she was just so rude don?t know how to provide customer service. Tried to talk to manager andsupervisor was like manager is not here and then I explained it to supervisor and she was trying to cut my call and ignoring mewith whole situation rather than listening to me properly. Eve though she should confirm with the one who was window about herbehaviour before answering me. I work at food department as well so I never expected to be treated like this at any foodstore. About wrong order she don?t have any answer that why they gave me wrap instead of sandwich or didn?t try to resolveissue. I know if there is a mistake by store they need to resolve it right away. She was like we didn?t order buns and so and sobut that?s not my headache to provide buns but if they have explained me properly I haven?t gone hungry for my work. Read more
