There service is becoming worse day by day. This is the third time I ordered food and is messed up. I ordered bagel and asked to... cut it into half but they said that it always come likes this. I ordered ice cappuccino with cream on top. Almost every alternative day I order this and everytime I asked them to proper cream... with evenly distributed. But nothing change. This is the worst place to get better service. Hope Tim Hortons gonna have a lookon it. Regards Read more
I mobile ordered and cant add chipotle. They made the modifications once i told. Usually order hot chocolate with coffee which... tastes good. Best thing is staff always made requested modifications. #communication Read more
Worst customer service experience. Location doesn't deserve any stars. Ordered few things 2 lemonade without ice., Along with... coffee and iced cappuccino, I had to repeat my order few times and finally I had to double check if he got my order correctly.He confirmed but when we got to the window .. the lemonade had ice so we brought it to there attention. Instead of making newones they decided to dump the ice and give us the drinks so not even worth my money and the ice cappuccino wasn't even made asapparently I never ordered. When I tried to explain few of the employees starting arguing like it was all our fault infront ofthe 2 small kids I had in the car.. This is the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. I went with my co worker and we ordered a steamed almond milk with hazelnut... and got a latte. Luckily we checked before we left because my co worker doesn't take caffeine. There was no apology and it tooka very long time to remake our drink. Having worked at a coffee shop, I know it can be busy but manners go a long way. Our hashbrowns were old and dried up and we were never offered a refund for the latte we paid for even though we ordered a steamedalmond milk. VERY CLEARLY. The staff was not personable nor helpful and even though this location is closer to our work, we willnot be returning. Terrible service. Avoid this place if you can. I'd give zero starts if I could. I been at this location just few minutes ago and asked for chicken wrap and it was cold , as you can tell by looking at picture... cheese was even frozen . Tim staff needs to work on this better . It doesn?t count how fast you can make but should focus onwhat you serving to your customers Read more
This is one of the worst tim hortons I have ever been to. No Doubt. I went through drive through today to grab cream of... broccoli and potato wedges for my son. I waited for 15 minutes and hurriedly left to pick up my son. I should have checkedknowing their history. Once I got home,I checked and they were only fries. I called and to my surprise the girl on the otherside told me that I should have checked before I left. Like are you kidding me? It's almost like asking for a customer you checkbefore you eat. I understand I should have done my part but you as a window person you need to take a quick glimpse of whatyou're putting inside a paper bag before you hand it over to a customer. During the end of this conversation I was told that Ican come back and grab one more cream of broccoli. No I'm not calling or writing this here to get myself cream of broccoli. Thisis more for anyone working at Tim Hortons to be aware of your surroundings, to be aware of what you're putting into the paperbag before handing it out to a customer.
