Been trying to give this Tim Hortons a chance to get better. it's been on and off for 3 years and I finally give up. The WORST... service. They are always short on what they offer. If you want an assorted Tim Bit box your choices are Chocolate orChocolate...Maybe if you are lucky you can get a glazed Tim Bit. The orders are right about 80% of the time....this is not agood number. You order a small coffee and get charged for a medium. or you order a medium coffee and they only fill 3/4 of thecup. If you don't have tap to pay....You are pretty much not welcomed there. Their main goal is to keep the drive throughempty. I'm surprised that they have not thrown the food bag in my car and tell me to keep moving. NO you don't have time toput away your credit card / debit card back in your wallet...Take your wrong order and just go. I am surprised that mainheadquarters has not addressed this situation. Order a Vanilla crème cold brew they will almost for sure make it wrong. 80% of the time they hand me the wrong coffee. Learn... how to make what is on your menu. Why pay more for the wrong coffee. Done with this location! Read more

This place is horrible! They should consider re trained their staffs. Very rude and didnt even know how to speak in well manner.... I ask for an coffee double double and the staff shouted at me " WHAT?" Disgusting place to eat. If only i can give this place azero star! Read more
Today at 2:15 I order it drive threw and I order 1 honey and 1 cream coffee medium size but they gave me double double. And I... wasn?t happy about that because I don?t drink sugar in coffee and I didn?t like the service. Read more
Probably the worst quality of tim hortons ever. This place is close to where I live, so i went here few times. But never again.... There wraps are not wrapped lol, got a wrap fell apart as soon as tried to eat it. The coffee is never stirred properly, all thesugar is always at the bottom. If I could give 0 stars I would.So I went through the drive through and placed an order for steeped tea. The lady taking the... order goes "We don't have steeped tea". I said can't you guys make it? And she goes it's going to take 5 minutes we're going tohave to make it. I said yes ok I'll wait. Lol what in the world?? Just because they finished their last pot of steeped they'regonna be lazy and not make it. This is unacceptable behaviour!! I also agree what others have posted on here about rudeness,quality of food and how they prepare it is terrible!! getting the orders wrong all the time, being rushed ( I've heard "Nextnext next so many times ) and not acknowledging the customers at the window, no customer service etiquette at all, not even a Hior thank you, or have a nice day, or even a smile.
