Always mess up my order, I asked for 20 piece of halloween timbits and instead they gave me a 10 piece and they weren't even... halloween timbits. I also asked for sleeves and they put ONE sleeve out of four drinks. These students from India don'tunderstand anything and need to be fired, they always mess up orders and have terrible service. I'm not racist, but EVERY singletime they mess up a SIMPLE order. Like for Pete's sake just get it right for once. Such a bad experience . They have no sense of customer service. They don?t care if someone is standing and waiting from a long... time. 6 girls working at that time, and all were sticked to drive thru or gossiping. What about the customers atfront?????? I asked for a cup of water. I was charged for a hot cup of water for $0.20 cents. I never asked for hot water. I paid with... 0.25 cents. They didn?t even give me my changed back. Lady at the window was very rude. This is how employees scam money fromcustomers in drive thru and put extra cents in their pockets. I do not mind paying for water as I understand cup and lid isused but I was charged for hot water which I did not request for. I will follow up with the manager as well. Management needs to oversee the operations here. It's a disaster. Totally disorganized. Every customer is upset and I've been... sitting for an hour. My order and others orders are messed up. I just saw one staff tell a customer to bring their drink backafter the customer had already started drinking. Staff told her she had the wrong order, through her drink in the garbage andgave her a different drink. Crazy. Every week it's the same. People waiting for their bagels for 20 minutes. So many customersupset. I'm a regular Tim horton customer and this location is the worst I've ever seen. Where's the owner and manager? Read more

Laziest Tim Hortons staff ive ever been to. Regularily told they cant make a drink because it'll take over 10 minutes. Pumpkin... spice, specailty drinks, even dark roast coffee... they always have an excuse why they can't make it when every other location can. Never take any responsibility when they get the order wrong or make a bad drink. Read more

I do not like the experience in this Tim Hortons location. Tim Hortons only accepts newcomers from the Brown community and... always laughs at our order cause it?s very long and we are a big family. The employees always mess up our order and does notmake sure that what?s our order is our order. We always go in the Drive Through because of the virus. When we order they do nottell us if they are out of anything when we go to pay they tell us to pay we pay and then they say ?Sorry we?re out of this? Andthey won?t give a refund but we ask for something else that is probably cheaper then what we asked for. Is this the best Tim Hortons in the country? It might be. Staff is always attentive and efficient, and the iced capp quality is... consistently good (the true indicator of a good Tim's). Even though they are almost always busy, the staff is always friendly. Read more
