Oct 18 around 3 am i went there for coffee and something to eat i came from work. so I ordered the drink and i ask for white bun... they said our toaster is down. Than i say its okay give as it is. One another girl came and say we don?t have any buns rightnow I ask for bagels she replied we only have 5?6 bagels. Which maybe baked around 8 or9pk but i already see the full show caseof bagels, muffins.?, cookiesand tims ready.They trying to hide from customers so that they not want to make more I don?tunderstand why people came to work if they don?t want to do. It is a quick service restaurant offering premium coffee, flavored cappuccinos, specialty teas, home-style soups, fresh... sandwiches. Service is preety good along with some staff. But some work on customer service is needed. Read more
Me and my family came to this location yesterday and we had a very bad experience here. The employee does not speak English and... does not understand what we are saying. We always say our order very loud and professionally but they won?t understand. All TimHortons in Surrey only accepts new comers in the Brown Community. Yesterday we went to this location and they won?t understandwhat me and my family say. They always speak different languages and we don?t understand what they are saying. Employees alwaysgets distracted with something and does not punch our order correctly. Overall my experience with Tim Hortons is a 1 star. Read more
I went through their drive through service around 5:30 am. I ordered coffee & donuts. I was told that donuts were still not... available. The signs say open 24 hours & it is known for coffee & donuts. Read more
Seriously??? ??????? Hair in a veggie wrap!!! I would leave zero stars if I could. They deserve nothing, not even to open this... place. I wonder who gave them a license to run a business like this. Every time I'm here to get just a coffee. It takes so long . I recall waiting almost 45 minutes in drive thru just to get a... coffee. The manager really needs check up in this location. Worst service. I ordered drive thru . The girl gave me coffee without sleeves and tray . The coffee spill on me as it was very... hot and also grilled cheese and they said wait at the back area for the sandwich I said it?s ok but after waiting so longfinally I went inside and other girl said I gave to someone else .
