Horrible customer service. Whenever my friend and I go they mess up something and they show 0 courtesy while I go out of my way... to be nice. Once I very politely asked if they could remake my drink because it was coffee and water instead of an iced latteand the employee rolled her eyes at me and interrupted me so I asked for a refund. We are waiting for the cashier to ask what's our order, and she asked us if the 2 large coffee is ours.. but she misunderstood... my body language, coz I am having conversation with my deaf friend. And the cashier started being unprofessional, the way sheasked what's our order is so sarcasm. She doesn't know I am a Filipina too that I can understand what she's saying on herco-worker. Just a bad customer service. Atleast manager and supervisor should take the responsibility to train their team properly. Always... rude and arrogant staff no one cares abt customer services. Most people love Timmy's, and I'm no exception! Treated myself to a visit lately as pumpkin spice lattes are back on the menu... for the fall season. I just love the hot version, although you can order it iced too. They also had pumpkin spice muffinswhich, if memory serves, have a dab of cream cheese in the middle. Mmm-mmm! Next time. Love Timmy's everyday brew too, it'shead and shoulders above another popular coffee chain! And Canadian owned. Kind of a no-brainer if you are looking for a good,rich, fragrant cup-a-joe. Worst customer service, EVER! I simply asked them for more cream cheese. I eat a bagel everyday from other locations and never... saw cream cheese spread that thinly before????????then they gave me attitude. The lady grabbed my bagel on the counter in a waythat she snatched it looking irritated and threw it in the garbage aggressively. I told them I'll pay,jeez! Read more

This location is great! I order through the app regularly, and my orders have always been perfect and made in time. Anytime I?ve... talked to staff, they?ve been friendly and helpful.
