Terrible rude servers , over charged me for one egg and cheese combo 14.99 . Made me wait for 30 minutes, when I asked they... didn?t even make my order , then made me the wrong sandwich, and the rude server was refusing to give me tea with the combowhich must have a drink. Then charged me another 1.99 for the tea that should be included in the combo and i had already paidfor it .Talk to the manager and she didn?t even acknowledged her employee?s mistake didn?t do anything about it . Not so attentive to orders!! I ordered mixed timbits before she only put regular ones and few chocolate ones. Mixed means mixed... . Today I ordered latte with chai tea bag its not even original latte I don?t know what she made. I don?t like to create fussfor 4$ coffee but not only that it was only 65% full when served so you aren?t attentive of what you are making and also not ofwhat you are serving. Great location. Been coming here since 2009 when I was a student at SFU. Friendly staff and great customer service. Got a... couple of Chocolate Chunk Cookies today and they were absolutely delicious. Made soft and decadent. Highly recommend thislocation. Read more
I went Tim Hortons today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the crew member who wore Turban (Sardar) help me in my... order, i was unable to read his name. Worst experience, mannerless n rude , unprofessional staff. Wouldn?t let me me even have my coffee inside , when it was freezing... cold outside . Especially this girl working thr, worst barista I have ever seen in my life , so rude n mannerless . Startedfighting n arguing just BecoZ I was drinking my coffee while waiting inside the premises.
