Grabbed a single cheeseburger from the inside counter and it was terrible. I usually get from Wendy's at Willowbrook area and... they must be different owners as it is like night and day between the two establishments.. Won't be going back to the Fleetwoodlocation. Food isn't hot or fresh tasting. Seems like they let stuff sit around. But then you get a frosty and it's practically melted... when you get it. Read more
My one concern with this establishment is the food always comes lukewarm. They have great fries, they have great burgers, but... it's never warm. You ask them to make it hot and they say they will, but it just never happens. What we can say though is theirfrosties are still supremely awesome, no doubt about that. Had a great experience late night. Hot fresh and crispy food. I was in and out of drive thru in 5 mins. I was surprised at how... yummy the chicken and fries were since it was 1 am! Thanks Wendy's staff Read more
Worst Wendy's experience. ALL the staff, slow as can be, no one speaking English, no hussle, took 5 min before the manager... looked up and said wait, I'll be with you shortly. No napkins available, no where to put the garbage, all the bins were full,trays piled up on tables and garbage bins. Plenty of staff around but not one of them would do anything. Until Wendy's startshiring staff that know what they're doing, can communicate in English, and show any kind of attention to customers, I'mboycotting Wendy's. Read more
Went to eat at the restaurant and most of the tables were not cleaned, had spills left behind, and some of the chairs were... broken, looking like they would fall apart. I tried to order but the system was down and staff told me it would be about 5minutes. After waiting 20 minutes it was finally up and I was able to order. Staff weren?t very friendly about the wait. I?vehad much better Wendys in the area, and would avoid this one in the future. Read more
Close to home and I have been coming here for years. However, the poutine is consistently cold. The cheese curds are never... warm and fresh, so how can a poutine be enjoyed? The Spicy chicken was noticeably smaller, although more spicy but not red likeit use to be (colour wise). Not the same quality that Wendy's usually has, sadly. Disappointing. Read more
Same as ever. Love the spicy chicken burgers when I'm on the run. Love the way they are wrapped, makes it easy to drive and eat.... Love the strawberry lemonade which I always ask for extra pump of Strawberry. Some locations charge extra and some don't. Thisone didn't. Read more
