I ordered ribs and called this location to confirm what type of meat they were (pork or beef) prior to placing the order. They... indicated beef. Shortly after some were eaten, my SO started feeling ill. After researching learned they are actually pork andnot beef. The worst dining experience. My toddlers and I sat at a table waiting for 22 minutes without any acknowledgment from either... waitress who walked by our table multiple times. A simple, ?hi? or ?we will be with you shortly? or ?sorry about the wait? wouldhave been fine. Instead, the waitresses walked past our table multiple times like we didn?t exist. I understand that service isslower due to the fallout of the pandemic but the Caucasian family who arrived after us were promptly served. We ended upgetting up and leaving with no acknowledgment from any staff, no dinner, and two hungry toddlers. Disappointing for the WhiteSpot brand. Will not be going here again. I trained as a White Spot waitress 47 years ago. The rules and standards the manager taught us aren't observed that much now,... IMO. For example, "Always acknowledge a new customer." Today, wanting a coffee and a bite, I stood at the front desk for quitea while, servers going back and forth, nobody making eye contact. It was after the lunch rush, not busy, with a lot of serversfor the mostly empty tables. At last I called out toward the back to see if anyone would come. Someone seated me as if she weredoing me a huge favour. After reading over and putting down the menus, I had a question. I still hadn't received any eyecontact or any other form of acknowledgement from anyone, and I left. After all, my last few experiences here weren't thatgreat. (The food didn't taste good to me.) Salmon sandwich and pineapple chicken sandwich were on point, full of flavor. The drinks were yummy too. Will be back again.
Always find the food well prepared. Staff is friendly, and was not to busy. Have reduced menu now. Many popular items have been... remove, and many new items in the burger section. No more CHICKEN PIE, on the menu, so sad???????????? to see it no longer onthe menu. Was item many enjoyed. My server today was not very friendly, needs to show smile more. Our waitress was a delight!! Unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was amazing! We were there to celebrate my 30th... daughter's birthday and we had a nice early dinner. She even had a free dessert. Very nice restaurant. My only complaint was myFlatbread was not as warm as I wanted to be but was tasty and I enjoyed it. Read more
