Two sides to this review. If it had been just for the food it'd be 1 or 2 stars but the service was excellent . I ordered a... Double Double burger which was ok. Definitely not a you have to eat there to experience it situation. It came with fries. Theseranged from an 1 1/4 to tiny bits of what was once potatoe. Most of the time I was avoiding tinging one across the table. Somewere warm and fresh. Others cold and old. 100% the best thing was the service. Matt served me and did a great job. If i could take away the 1 star i would. I order from here a few times a week. So the quality is never off. But the last 2 weeks... its been careless to a fault. I always write the same thing as im severely allergic to tomato and ketchup. And i only eat basicfoods. This was the second time this week the sandwich came loaded with tomato and a red sauce not sure what it is. Me and my 2kids have severe food allergies. I'm 37 i can open something and check first but my 5 year olds bite first. If they were with mewho is responsible for negligence? I don't want a dumb apology or a automated message. This is lives the carelessness could haveimpacted. I wouldn't have written this but im so livid and the Skip the dishes girl basically told me I could get a credit. Iasked what if i would have bitten the sandwich she says, "Well, sir i can offer you a $5 Credit". No one wants the money just becareful ordering from here. I will not again. How can I? Visited today for a late lunch. Being Easter Monday, it was actually really busy, even mid-afternoon. We didn't have to wait... too long for a table though. Our server was quick and efficient, always made sure we had drinks, and that the kids were happy. Food, as always, was excellent! I think the Zoo Sticks tasted better here, compared to other locations ???? Kids loved theDino Pirate Packs! Read more
I know I should never expect to have good steak in burger place but I just didn't know it will be that bad..... Ask for medium... and recieved and well done 200%.... the steak was so dry you can literally feel the dryness just by looking at it. I was withmy son so when the waitress offer to cook me a new plate I just didn't bother. Come on, an other 20 mins wait with 2 yearstoodler. It is no dinner, it is business trip! I am only giving 2 star becuase of the kids meal selection they have. Thechicken strip is juice and tender . Why would I know? We (9 of us)went to the whitespot at morgan crossing for a remberance day brunch in honour of my mother in law and her late... husband. When reserving they asked if wanted to be on the patio we said no. When we arrived we were told that we would be in thepatio. Not wanting to spoil the event we did not make a fuss. The patio was quite a large room which made it difficult to heatproperly. Everyone was uncomfortably cold from the waist down and we all kept our coats on. The food was good but the event wasnot good. If you can't heat the area properly, don't use it. Read more
