In this area decent food is far and few between which is even more surprising that a fast food restaurant would be as fantastic... as this was. Whoever is in charge here really knows what they're doing. Our order was unique, most people would make mistakes,which is common for us because we have a couple different dietary restrictions in our family, but somehow they pulled it off andthe food was fantastic. It didn't seem like typical KFC, it definitely was KFC it just seemed more fresh. The restaurant wasdecently clean, service was very kind and professional, the atmosphere is what you would expect of a KFC, the price to the foodquality was fair, and the overall experience was fantastic. Again whoever the owner is you picked great management and greatemployees. In a very small pool to pick from no less. This area is not known for its outstanding service or restaurants, maybewith all the changes in gentrification happening it's on the rise? Friendly..great service and we got everything we ordered. They threw in 2 cookies for the grand children for good measures. Its... been awhile since I have gone there. The service and quality of the food had dropped. They are doing much better..today atleast. Read more
Total rip off. Got 8 piece meal. Tiny half cup gravy for 4 people. Tiny bowl of mashed potatoes cole slaw. In lousy containers... you cant open. Small drinks mostly ice for $2.49 A far cry from what you used to get. Never again. This was in SusanvilleCalifornia. Will never go to KFC again. Read more

Not busy when I was in. Chicken was delicious as always, cooked all the way through. I had the 3 pc dark meat extra crispy with... a biscuit, coleslaw and fries. This was my first time having the fries, I was suprised how good they were. Its like they batterthem first. Had a bite of their chicken sandwich also. It was good, not sure if it beats Popeye's but it was better than a lotof other fast food chicken sandwiches! I knocked it one star just because some of the tables were messy (crumbs). The food was soo bad my son got sick. Oil and seasoning every where. Had to double bag it. Leak on my car seat and all the... kitchen table.. Taking it back, for a refund!! Read more
Could have had friendlier staff running the register, but food was good but check ur order because they forgot my wife's... biscuit. Not a huge deal but still when u pay for something u should get it. Read more
