A terrible experience! First of all the food wasn't hot. Luke warm at best. We ordered two ice tea's and they had no ice. The... guy told us that the drinks from the fountain was cold. NOT TRUE! Warm. The guy that took our order wasn't the least bitfriendly. Read more

My Sweetie and I were disappointed to have so few choices as they were out of all but 2 or 3 main dishes, none of which we... wanted. The angus pepper beef which we both got was inedible with unappetizing flavor and tough to chew. We could only eat therice & noodles and threw away the rest. We will choose somewhere else for a meal in Susanville next time. Read more
Driving through Susanville with a trailer on 10/21/2022, dining room is closed. Called to ask if we could place an order and... they bring it out to us. We were told no because they only have the drive thru register open. Not a great plan to have thedining room closed on a Friday evening in a town with a lot of people passing through with trailers. I've worked In fastfood before for a good minute, so I get it when yall are slammed and your just trying to get everyone served... so yall can clean the store and go home, but come on dude! Iv gone there so many times for yall to keep forgetting stuff on myorder, this is getting ridiculous! Very clean and spacious Panda Express. Inside seating outside seating and really nice views from either inside the restaurant or... sitting outside in the patio area. Even an area that I would call kids seating very short tables with very short seats.Delicious food and took no time at all to get our order. Read more
Worst food you ever found at Panda Express. I stopped by here because of my favourable experience at other Panda Express... locations. Totally disappointed with the quality of the food here. I thought they kept the fresh broccoli beef at the backcounter, so I ordered double. I received all dark brown broccoli and very tiny amount of beef. All the food is cold. Read more
