Been going to this place for years, it's always been dependable. I've been a fan of Singapore Noodle at various restaurants... across the state, theirs stacks up against the others admirably. It's not on the menu though, it's just on the white boardbehind the register. Read more

The crab Rangoons are very nice. I had beef and broccoli, but the selection of dishes on the menu was quite diverse. You could... eat here for months and not have the same meal twice! Read more

Happy Garden had a vehicle go thru there kitchen so I thought try Young Sings--( first time I tried since the last time a year... an a half ago since sale of the original owners sold it) Absolutely No improvement small portions meat was absolutely overcooked to almost jerky with sauce covering it--- tipped $ 7.00 for a to go order asked for some hot mustard and got two1/2 ounceshots--the last time order from one of my favorite Chinese stops in Susanville ( need to fire cook and hire someone to at leastwon't over cook chicken & pork- bummer meal! The hot & sour soup looked like egg flower with Italian sausage in it-- no sour orhot. Missed the boat here-almost un- edible ! Read more

I used to live in Susanville and had always liked this place. We are in town so I decided that we needed to eat here because I... haven't been to Young Sing in about 10 years. It was disappointing. The original people aren't there, the menu has changed andthe food is mediocre at best. Sadly I don't think I'll be back. Read more

Super friendly service, large portions, decent foods and prices. The owner grew much of the herbs and even made her own bean... sprouts. A bonus I was given 3 Opo from her prolific garden ( gourd shaped Asian squash, can be saute or put in soup, taste likezucchini ). If in the neighborhood I'll stop by again. I had flame broiled pork with vermicelli noodles ( a good go to favorite), my traveling companions had ph? ( beef noodles soup ). B+ Read more

Got hella food drunk off the pho, glad we have a place in town that makes pho. I didnt go to Young Sing before because there... was something to be desired that was missing, glad they found the missing link. Pho makes you feel less stuffy and betterespecially with some real dashes of sriracha. Read more
