ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE MOVING FROM THE WINDOW. I have been here 4 times and 4 times they have gotten the order wrong... (sometimes by a forgiveable amount) but not this last time. A few nights ago my husband and I ordered 2 quarter pounder BLTcombos and a 10 piece mcnuggets. I admit my fault in having moved away from the window before checking the order in its entiretyhowever we were very disappointed to have received 4 regular cheeseburgers, 2 large fries and no nuggets. Literally the onlything they got right was the drinks. Having to go back around the drive thru to correct this would have taken 10 more minutesand we had been driving for 13 hours straight. On any other day we would have returned the order and had them set it right butwe were too exhausted. The service is also usually fairly slow, but they are also the only McDonalds in Sussex so we get what weget :( Don't make my mistake though. Hold up the line. Came at 7pm Friday night and placed our order. It was clearly correct on the screen (proper chits would've been printed) we were... asked to park. They gave us the wrong order (must've been from the car in front of us, we get it, it happens) We went in andasked for our order and gave back the incorrect order. They made it incorrectly, again. The young blonde lady packing bagsdecided this would be a great time to talk poorly about us when asked to make our food correctly ONCE AGAIN. We then onlyreceived 3/5 burgers... we had to go back once again and ask a FOURTH time to get our order made as we ordered it. The blondethen gave us dirty looks as our other 2 burgers were made. Austin was hands down the best employee, he was incredibly politeand helped us tremendously. He apologized for his co-workers poor attention to detail and below-brand attitude. Verydisappointed. The wait time here is insane!. Waited about 40 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. They also do not tell you how long the wait... is/will be. This location could do better with better management. Clearly the efficiency is non existent. Not to mention waitingthat long, and it was worng. Super disappointed. Read more
This McDonald?s is for sure short staffed. Waiting for a ?fast food? meal will be between 15-25 to 30 minutes, and that?s if... they don?t forget you?re out in the sun waiting for your order lol this is a curb side pick up. Same story for drive through, because it gets incredibly busy during summertime! I almost feel bad for the staff who are working hard but it comes back to thesame issue ?no staff? Read more
We were at the restaurant for breakfast and was absolutely disgusted. There was not one person with gloves or hair nets and the... girls making the sandwiches ran their hands through the lettuce and when asked to wash her hands, she ignored us. The managertook the payment and started touching food without washing their hands first????????Definitely will not be back Read more
Waited 40 minutes at the curbside pickup and had to send my wife in. She came back with this garbage. What is going in there?... Who in their right mind would pack that? Needless to say we won't be back for a long time. Get it together. There's absolutelyno excuse. You wouldn't eat that at home, don't pack that for paying customers. Read more
I don?t really partake in mckidees personally anymore, the child in front of me was eating fries with a fork. Let that sit in, a... fork.
