This freindlys does a great job getting online orders out including delivery . Been impressed on multiple occasions the food was... ready. The staff are polite and pay attention to there all there guests. Also can order Mr Beast burger there which has beenimpressively always ready. Of course they have ice cream which is also available for delivery. Which is fine if the driver hasan insulated bag. Place needs some renovation , still overall clean. Read more
weird and unusual smell as soon as we entered. Took about an hour and half to get our food half of which were kids meals and... shakes. Service was slow and took way too long to even get a milkshake it was insane. after finally getting the check 2 and halfhours after we sat down, the computers to do the checks took a ridiculously long time i was closed to just walking out and theywouldn?t have even noticed. a horrible place that used to be amazing, friendlies is not so friendly anymore, wish i could giveit a 0/10. Nice place, clean, but a little too cold inside. Had to wear my jacket and not a fan of wearing a jacket during dinner. Our... waiter was as fast as a sloth. Two booths were filled 15 minutes after us and finished their meals and dessert before we got ourdessert ordered! Food was good didn?t look like the picture in the menu but that?s common. They have a new menu and I had thebrisket melt. It was very tasty. May 13 Back again to give another try. Let?s see so far they have more help. Had the Doritoscool ranch chopped burger and it was GREAT! Service still very slow. So far waiting 20 Minutes for our check to pay finally gotup to pay. Read more
Friendlys is clean, kid friendly, and has great ice cream. The food options however, are very unhealthy. Tasty yes, but highly... caloric and fattening, basically fast-food. Service was quick and food was fresh, I just wish they had more healthy options.They have a grabber machine with toys which is great if you have youngsters. Read more
Friendly's as a brand has always been a favorite. Things have definitely changed as far as the food offerings. (RIP Frizzled... Onions and the dipping sauce.) Everything was great and the quality I remember. I will say my only critique is that they'reobviously struggling to balance staffing and demand. The food was hot, the staff was courteous and attentive. Please be kindand understanding of how thinly the staff is stretched, especially considering how well they're handling it. Read more
