Ordered and paid for two cold brews but they deceitfully gave me the less expensive iced coffees.
The purple there just seemed grumpy and like it was chaos. The cashier had no idea what he was doing and someone had to help him... ring up each item. I understand he may be new but he has nobody training him. The hashbrowns were just greasy mush in a bag thatwould disintegrate the second you tried to pick it up. Read more
One younger employee working. Good for them but it was impossible for them to handle drive thru and walk in orders. I got two... small scoops for $8 plus tax. Kids loved them of course but that price is pretty steep For ice cream in the area. The Culver?snext door has kids scoops for half the cost. Wasn?t a bad experience but we won?t be back. Read more
I?ve come here several times for the $2 medium iced coffees. However, I realized that they were overcharging me the majority of... the time when I would go. I didn?t realize immediately because I was usually ordering more than one. When I brought this theattention of the girl working she acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about or how to give me the difference. Thelast straw was when I used my credit card and they charged the full price but the receipt reflected the discount and they weresupposed to give me almost $4 in change. I received no change. I emailed corporate and this was passed on to someone namedDaniella who emailed me and basically implied I was lying and they don?t give change on credit card orders and the discount isalways taken off when the code is scanned on the app. I again emailed corporate and received no response. Overchargingcustomers and keeping the change is a shady business practice. The customer service here is spotty at times as well. I?ve beenin the drive thru behind people and nobody would wait on them and they sat for over 5 min and no other customers were in thestore or in front of them. I can understand being short staffed but basically stealing from customers is a hard no for me toreturn to this business. Read more
DO NOT ORDER CAKES!! Horrible experience multiple times. I tried to give them a second chance. They don?t even acknowledge you... when you walk in and stand in line forever. Both times were longer than 10 minutes of me standing there before anyoneacknowledged me. The 1st time they seemed completely lost to even know where to look for my cake and seemed very frazzled with alot of hiding in the back and then coming out after at least 5 minutes finally with my cake. Today, 2 employees again went intothe back and spent at least 5 minutes talking and then came out to tell me that they get all cakes from Menomonee Falls anddidn?t have time to go get it yet. I ordered this cake 5 days ago. They?re solution was for me to go to MF to pick it up which Isaid I would not do as I was driving in the opposite direction. Then they said I could take whatever was similar to my cake fromthe freezer if there was something. Clearly they got my order as the $ was taken out of my account the second I ordered thecake. It is so disorganized and everyone always seems flustered in there. Went in once for doughnuts too but not much betterexperience. Only one person working that day. Will NOT go back. Read more
I've loved their ice cream for years and it's about time we have one out here. Dunkin' didn't have a lot of doughnuts when we... were there but it was later in the day. I did get an extra-large coffee and it was great as usual. Take the time to go here as Iwill whenever I've got a chance. Read more
I was excited to come here with my kids since I noticed this place recently opened up. It?s so dirty here - all three lower... tables had food all over them, chairs had crumbs all over them, floor was covered in ice cream and spilled drinks, trash wasover flowing. I?d be a little more understanding if they were packed and short staffed?but that wasn?t the case. All of thiswhile 4 young employees stood around talking in an empty place. It looks like a place with employees who just don?t care at all.Management should be ashamed of how this place looks. Don?t waste your time - find another place to get ice cream and donuts.The ice cream and donuts were okay - but donuts were dry and ice cream had a ton of freezer burn on it. Read more
They were completely out of regular donuts. Only had munchkins. I asked the girl how they can be out & she said " you have to... get here early" I purchased a pizza icecream cookie cake because once again they were out of a chocolate chip icecream cake. Itwas the worst cake I ever had!! I don't understand how a business can survive like this!! Obviously if this is a on going thing,don't ya think they would make more donuts & cakes!! Read more
