Normally I get good service from them I'm a truck driver so I walk there everytime got there 20 mins early and couldn't get... anything to eat because they said only the drive thru is open very inconvenient for me bummer guess I'll starve tonight! Read more

Was told that it would take about 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 35 minutes. I was offered a free soda, but I declined. When... I got my food home, one sub was not toasted like it was supposed to be, another had lettuce on it which was not in thedescription, and the other tasted and smelled really off. I will have to say, their cheese curds are fantastic. Customer servicehas always been nice, but every time I order from this location, something is always made incorrectly. Read more
Apparently cannot order a simple loaf of bread with just mayo and basic sub lettuce without being charged for a whole veggie... sub. The price difference is significant, and it's our usual order, since it's my daughter's favorite. $20 for a veggie sub vs.The $2.50 I was charged for before. Ridiculous. Read more
Pretty good steak sandwiches not a whole lot of flavor to the beef though. Very good fries. I have had better cheese steak... sandwiches in my travels that used real picante provolone instead of the no flavor mild. Cousin's was expensive, in my opinion,when I moved out here 20+ years ago from metro NYC area. They are much more costly now. If I could go 3.5 stars I would. If Iwant a steak sandwich and I don't have time to make it myself; this is the best option. I just put my own Boar's Head brandPicante provolone on it. Read more
I get lunch here about once a week, and always have a good experience. I also love that they make the fries and cheese curds... fresh when you order them. I don't know her name, but the last 2 times I went in at lunchtime on a weekday the lady who took myorder was very helpful and accommodating to my special requests on my order. Read more
For a Cousins sub this one is 5 star. The bread was so fresh it was warm. The sub was put together very nicely, not slopped. ... Perfect amount of mayo, cheese and the spinach, lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh. Great taste with a touch of oregano. Great Job Cousins Sussex!!! Read more
Avoid this location at all costs. Have had issues the last few times, and this time closed the deal. They put mayo on our... cheesteak. Fine it was a mistake, but can't eat it. We called and were told they wouldn't make us a new sub because they wereclosing. Even though I could have been back there 10 minutes before they closed. Sorry to inconvenience the staff asking themto correct their own mistake. I sincerely hope this location goes out of business. I will drive farther and go to Jersey Mikesfrom now. At least I know it will be edible when I get home. Read more
