Had a horrible experience at the Sussex Dunkin Donuts. Waited in the drive up for 6 donuts- had chosen the drive up because I... had two small kids in the car- one who was sleeping. They wouldn?t let me specify what I needed and said I needed to comeinside. I then got both my kids out, went inside and proceeded to stand there for 5min before anyone even acknowledged I wasthere. Unbelievably bad customer service. I showed up at 6:45 am for a phone order I made the day before. Donuts were boxed and ready... but not the coffee. It took almost an hour for them to brew the coffee and box it. I would have left but I had no other coffeeoption and needed the order for an event I was headed to. Won?t return Read more

Dunkin employees are the best!! These ones especially! The last time I went into Dunkin in Sussex the dunkin employees were so... sweet and loving they even let a homeless girl take a nap on one of their tables. Such humanitarians!! I love Dunkin!! Read more

Most of the time this location is out of donuts. I usually don't mind that . Today I decided to get a hot sandwich and a dozen... donuts for the kids. When I got to the window I got my hot sandwich and was told to pull to window 2. I waited and waited. Thenpulled back and was told they were super busy with online orders but they will get my dozen donuts now so pull up. At this pointI was annoyed my hot sandwich was getting cold and there were no cats behind me to hold up me getting a dozen donuts. When shehanded me the box it had chocolate and vanilla icing smeared all over the bottom and top. So I told her does she really expectme to put this on my fabric car seat her reply was that's what happens when you handle donuts. At this point I wanted themanager so Kayla comes over and tells me I made the other worker cry and it's a simple change the box. That's all I wanted was aclean box. Kayla had an attitude with me the customer. I've worked in customer service and you do not treat customers like that.The owner should care more about who they assign as manager. If I could fine no stars I would. Don?t waste your gas. They never have donuts or anything. Staff is extremely rude.

I work in food service so I understand messing up on an order here and there, running out of food once in a while, etc. It... happens! But I have visited this location twice and read the reviews and have come to the conclusion that this store is managedpoorly and that they don?t train their workers properly. The first time I ever went into this location I wanted to order a fewdonuts and was told they were out. It was 2 or 3 pm when I came in and apparently they had a really ?busy? morning so notdonuts. I gave them another chance a few days ago and wanted to order ice cream. I wanted chocolate and was told they were out.The girl was nice-ish, she never apologized for the inconvenience but she wasn?t unfriendly. The whole vibe of the place isreally unprofessional and unorganized. It?s a shame too, you can tell the location was just built. Hoping for new managementsoon since this location is right by my work! Not gonna lie, I'm not usually miffed. This store is clearly starting out at a bad time, no employees no ones trained. However,... the service is really mediocre. People will forget orders, and you will have to wait upwards of half an hour in the lobby. Iwanted to make sure the coffee was fresh, was told it was. When I got it. It was ice cold, tasted like they used the same grindsto brew it three times in a row. Was pretty much just swill at that point. I tried calling back but no one answers the phone,and the messaging machine will hang up on you. The food is good though. Read more

I asked for my receipt so I could leave a review with corporate, but shockingly none of the employees knew how to print it off... for me. Instead I will post here. Shockingly poor service. I was second in line in the lobby, and it took me 25 minutes to getmy food. 5 minutes of that was me ordering... didn't seem like any of the employees knew how to work the cash register.Considering there was no manager present, I'm assuming that these young adults working the counter haven't received any trainingwhatsoever. Seemed like every employee was just winging it and hoping for the best. Not only did it take that long to get myfood, but it was lukewarm at best.
