What can I say about this Starbucks that you can't say about anything other location on the planet... consistently just above... average coffee, consistently just below average bakery, consistently polite and attentive staff. I have never had a problem here, and the food is good. BUT - the girl with the pink hair has NO CLUE what she is doing. Not only... did she put whipped cream on my drink, but she took the drink back mixed the whipped cream into the drink... and handed me backa drink that was dripping whipped cream into my car... When I came in to talk to the manager.. the drink was still drippingwhipped cream on the counter, and she ran into the back room to hide...It so sad, because I really like this location, but Iwill not be back on principle. Like who doesn't see a drink is dripping and clean it off first - common sense... you canliterally see where the whip cream was mixed in. Read more

I used to come here almost everyday but I recently moved away. Id like to say I have never had a bad experience, the staff is... other worldly, strong, and extremely patient. They always do everything that they possibly can to take good care of all theircustomers, even when they have millions of drinks and other tasks to accomplish at the same time. I honestly have no idea howthey manage. I'd like to give a special thanks to staff members : Lojo, Leah, Kelly, Vaugn, Jada, Alli, and Kaley. Drinks arealways fantastic and I was never disappointed. Went through the drive thru for a latte and some egg bites. Fast and friendly service. The latte and food were both great!
