Worst subway ever! The married couple are rude, disrespectful, and difficult. They correct my children and myself on how to... order. Now they only take coupons exactly according to their terms and I?m wondering if they are scamming corporate. Example thebuy one get one free is now according to them buy one get one half off. Very very rude!! They yelled at my 12 year old daughter for not ordering correctly!! And then threatened not to give her the... lettuce she wanted. So i had a couple choice words to say to the staff and will never go again!! Unbelievable!! Read more
I live very close so like to stop after work. A new large quarterback size guy with dark hair took care of me. I have never been... treated so rude in my entire life. Just made my skin crawl and wont go back there. EVER! Read more
Despite the recent negative reviews about rude staff, I just stopped in today to pick up lunch (7/17/19). There was a young man... and a young woman working and they were both 100% polite and professional and made a great sandwich. No complaints, happy withthe experience. Read more
I go there every now and again because it is close to my house and sometimes is more convenient than the one on 164, but I avoid... it if I can. The food is always fine, but the guy feels the need to argue with me about toppings or at least provide negativecomments...every single time. He has even argued with me about things completely unrelated to Subway. I don't know if they'llget a 15th chance. Read more
Have been there twice in the last 3 months. The owner stands around looking mean and the younger guy who looks like a slob is... about the most unfriendly person in a service industry I have ever encountered. He says welcome to subway when I enter becausethat is automatic I assume. I replied by asking how is he doing.....dead silence :(. Proceeded to tell me how to order asandwich! I use to come in all the time. The owner will know who I am. He is the rudest person and should be no where near a customer... service job. He will no longer get any of my money. He runs a Subway, there's a million of them. I'll just take my business tothe other location. Read more
