Guy was rude fat heavy set loud attitude arrogant white guy. Then had the nerve to want to give me some mayo in a cup.. I didn't... trust it cause of attitude.. Food was cold fries wasn't fresh as well. Stayed at best western and drove everywhere else to avoidthis horrid place.. Horrible Read more

Awesome spot, right off the interstate. Easy access and great service. The flame grilled goodness rolls down off the roof and... smells sooooooo good! The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. P.S. They don't have fry sauce but Zesty sauce mixed withketchup is VERY close ;^) Read more
25 minutes in the drive through, I ordered food for one person and they couldn?t get it right. A Whopper with no pickles?.... Apparently that takes a rocket scientist. Employees aren?t the least bit friendly. I think they bank on people driving downthe Interstate and they forget some customers are locals who will call and complain and do Google reviews. My wife and I went to go get breakfast! We ordered our food and paid for it! As we are leaving I went and pulled my wife?s... sandwich out of the bag and it was cold! The sausage patty was still frozen in the middle! I opened my sandwich and the sandwichwas really hot but my sausage was frozen in the middle as well! I called the store and some guy picked up the phone! I told himwhat was going on and I asked how often the checked the temp of the meat? He wouldn?t reply back! I told him that both oursausage patties were still frozen in the middle! His exact words to me ?I don?t see how that is possible!? And hung up thephone! I learned something tonight that NEEDS to be SHARED! If you have the BK APP, different store locations show different offers.... Before I enter Sutherlin location the app showed 7 DIFFERENT OPTIONS under FAMILY BUNDLE but after entering Sutherlin there wasONLY 2 OPTIONS. Read more
Sutherlins BK is pretty good. But like any fast food place they screw up sometimes. A few weeks ago we went thru the drive thru... and took our food home without checking the bags got home in 10 minutes and low and behold they gave us 3 extra whopper's and anorder of chicken fries. Honestly the food was pretty good but they forgot part of my order and it was probably cuz the British dude on drive thru was... rushing me the entire time.
