Such an awesome place for our small town! I called another local pizza shop with a special birthday request for my son. A pizza... made to resemble a minecraft creeper face! The other shop wouldn't even hear my request and just said no.. these guys went aboveand beyond and even made a trial one for FREE to be certain my son would get his birthday wish! Storefront was filled with shad flies all over the walls, and dead ones all over the floor. It is shad fly season, so its... understandable, but at least clean up the dead ones on the floor. As well, all of the pizzas we ordered were ridiculouslygreasy. Made you sick from the amount of grease. Pizza Hut is a little greasy normally, but this was about 4 times as greasy asI've ever experienced at any Pizza Hut. Hopefully it will improve with time. Read more
I Was excited to try the new pizza hut that just opened. I have to say I order pizza hut a lot; among other pizza places all... over the GTA and this was one of the BEST cheese pizzas I've ever had! I ordered a large with extra cheese and also a mediumsmokey maple bacon pizza and that was also AMAZING! Both were superbly delicious. I'm definitely going back and 100% wouldrecommend trying this place. I placed a walk in order and waited to pick it up. It was fast, timely service and had no issues. Read more
By far the best double cheese pizza I've had in awhile!! Ordered pick up and it took only 20 minutes. The pizza was cooked... perfectly and this location is generous on the toppings. Definitely recommend and will be going back! Read more
I usually don't complain about service and I don't usually write reviews but tonight I was feeling that I wanted pizza hut and... son and so I called and I placed my order online then I called The pizza store and they told me it would be at my house in 30 to40 minutes. At 618 I was kind of trying to figure out if I miss the pizza delivery guy or what and I spoke to I guess it was themanager and he said your pizza is not going to be ready for another 40 minutes and I said what are you talking about he sayswell we haven't even made it yet. So I said could I pick it up and he said yeah you can pick it up in 10 minutes so let him gocall them back and I said okay we're going to come pick up the pizza I haven't even made it so I want to say don't order pizzahut in Sutton it is by far the worst pizza store for communication. I'm actually really glad that I didn't get to taste all thatpizza because we probably were going to be sick. Read more
First time eating at pizza hut in many years, but they didn't improve any from last time I had pizza hut in another province... even. Ordered 3 pizzas to bring back to park. I must admit this was awful pizza, so dam salty. Pizza was not cooked enough asit was soggy, needed plates but I only ate 1 PC it was still doughy. Will not order their again.
