This Pilot Travel Center is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We stop here quite frequently on our trips up to... Pittsburgh. It has a Cinnabon inside which is nice when you're craving something sweet. They also have stroopwafels that arereally good. Read more
The shower wasn't clean. Mold. Gross. Only 1 towel, nothing else. Trash can in shower full. The bathrooms were even worse. Trash... everywhere, soap splattered on the walls and counter, trashcans overgowing, busted plug hanging from the outlet. Notifiedmanagement but she seemed unconcerned and did nothing to fix the problems. Read more
No rollers or food, out of most juices and every bin for sugar and creamer was empty. Employees must be doing nothing at night.
