Edited to add: Their pizza is great. I especially like their calzones. But today I ordered a Turkey Bacon Cheddar wrap, and get... it back to my office to find there's no bacon. There's 3 ingredients that should be on it according to what I ordered, and theyleft the most important ingredient off. These are made ahead of time, and so you can't see what's up till you open it. Good pizza, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The young woman was beyond rude. Ordered a pizza to be ready at 615 ( website stated... they closed at 7) and besides being rude while I ordered, she said " it'll be ready at 615, NO LATER! As we picked it up shefollowed to door and lock it. Never will I do business there again when visiting. Friends who recommended stated they go thereto support local during covid. Love this place The workers where nice and i told them this is the best place in Suttons bay. Played some arcades One of the... workers fixed the mini NES look a like console. The food was decent. However, the service is the worst in town. I assume the girl is a family member because I can see from... other reviews I am not the only one who had an issue with her. Very rude. They premake some of their foods and was angry I hadcalled to make an order. (Never been there before) When we went in to pick up the food, she gave no hi, and lots ofattitude. She clearly thinks her time is worth more than yours . There is no way I would hire anyone like that for my business,so I guess you won't be getting mine. We have been there several times for carryout and have always been pleased. The calzones are amazing. Pizza is excellent.... Salads and deserts are made in advance and in the display, but always good and fresh. This is a place to go for carry-out. Service is fast and prices are very competitive. Read more
Pizza is good but that's it. The woman at the counter was very rude. Acted so bothered by us ordering. When she told us how long... till the pizza was ready we didn't hear her and asked her again "how long" she snapped back "I Said 20 MINS". Came back got ourpizza, we let her know how rude she was and left. My kids liked that place but because of her, we'll never go back. Oh, by theway, there was no one else there waiting. So it wasn't like she was overwhelmed with work. Read more
