Poor customer service. I do understand that all this pandemic and not enough people at work etc but that doesn?t give rights to... anybody to become rude at work. Very slow as well, my wife ended up waiting for 30 min and no pizza because the store said itwould take 45 more min. Every single time we order, we have to wait long time to get our order. Height is that now all shows order is delivered for... curbside even before the bring the order out. Any time customer asks any question they just have one answer: we don?t know, weare very busy. Dominos corporate should check this stores customer satisfaction rate, provide them more resources and training. Read more
I ordered a delivery from this Domino's on a Friday night around 9:20pm. Prepaid for the order and had an estimated 35 minute... delivery time. I was a 5 minute drive from this location. After patiently waiting until 10:45pm I called the store when theydecided to let me know they don't have drivers and if I would like to pick up the pizza. This is information they could havegiven me an over hour ago or not accepted the order in the first place. I will never order from this location ever again! Read more

This is the first Domino?s we found where they claim Large 14? pizza to be XL 16? pizza and insist that we are wrong. We ordered... a XL pizza but got a 14? pizza. Simple mistake, can happen anytime especially when the store was very busy. But when we calledthem back, they insisted that they gave the order right and refused to correct it. Well, we enjoyed the 14? pizza and decidednot to return to this store. It would have been better if they had better customer service. Read more
The previous time I came here I had in a Sprite in my order, but they did not give it to me when I came to pick it up and told... me to come later to pick it up, saying they accredited my account. I ordered some pizzas from them today and told them about thecredit on my account and they said it was not in the system. After trying all the phone numbers I have, they hung up the phonewithout confirming my order. Mary was the name of the person I was speaking to. I called back again and placed my order forcarry out. I picked it up and told them about the situation. Mary acted like nothing happened and that she didn?t talk to me onthe phone. Never got my sprite. Overall a terrible experience. I?ve spent more than $200 here during quarantine and am not happywith this. Plus, some of the people working there weren?t wearing masks. Read more
Justin was such a pleasure! I accidentally fell asleep because I?m sick and when I called Hours later they had remembered my... order immediately and sent it back out ready to go! Very polite and understanding! I?ve worked in service industry and know mymistake was annoying but they handled it with such grace and ease! Thanks Dominos! And thanks Justin! :) Read more
