Do not bother ordering a pizza online. It will never show up and you will never be able to get through to the physical location.... I live 6 minutes from this location and my pizza never arrived like it showed on the tracker. This is unacceptable, on the linefor 40 minutes and no-one has answered the phone. Read more

They cancelled our order. Ok. Whatever. Except that they didn?t give a refund and we redeemed a free reward pizza that also... wasn?t given back. Corporate needs to do something about this location, I never had problems with the one in Statesboro. Read more
Pizza and delivery was horrible. You don?t put cold drinks in a bag with hot food and then make excuses. Pizza was undercooked.... Only reason they are getting a two star is the polite and cordial manager who fixed the mistake! Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service!! Just picked up an app order via curbside. After I checked in on the app they have 2 mins... to bring my pizza out or the next one is free. My pizza didn?t come out in 2 mins so I got the next one free. I went in to askthe manager on duty (tall, white male, long brown hair in a ponytail) and he didn?t even acknowledge me for about 5mins. Ifinally said excuse me and he goes ?yeah?? I said I have a question about this free pizza I earned. He goes ?well come over hereand talked to me.? I said excuse me and he said it again. Really dude? Instead of walking over to the register to acknowledge apaying customer you tell me to come and talk to you. Needless to say I will NEVER go to this place again. It was my first andlast time. I completely agree with the most recent reviews. The lack of service is appalling to put it mildly. Having grown up with... Domino's I'm astounded that Corporate would let this go on. I just deleted my app. Believe me it was hard to let my points go,but absolutely necessary to prove a point. OF course now they emailed me???? Read more
