Recently I switched jobs and it has brought me into the heart of Suwanee. Every week I try a different Mexican-style restaurant... for lunch. I?ve been doing this for six weeks now. The primary reason is because the past 5 places I tried were? awful. For oneor more reasons (which is highly surprising and disappointing) Hacienda Bar & Grill is far and away the best in Suwanee. It wasWORLD CUP @ 2 PM and the place was packed. I figured it?d be just another disappointing adventure. I was wrong. Service wasexcellent. Food came out promptly. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. I tried the seasonal brisket chimichanga and it may have beenthe best tasting chimi I?ve ever eaten. Chips and salsa were above average. Excellent meal. Husband had 3 huge pork enchiladas and I had the Steak San Juan. (Roasted potatoes, broccoli, asparagus,... delicious skirt steak and 4 shrimp) leftovers, for sure. Chips were thin and fresh and 2 salsas were very good. Love thisplace. Read more

Great margaritas. Chips and salsa outstanding. Brown salsa = chipotle. Yum. Only problem was being served the Lime Calamari with... a hair on the edge of the dish. We?ve been here before, and had great food, the meat is perfectly cooked, and almost no fat on it! My personal favorite is the... Tacos Hacienda which you should definitely try (take my word for it) and the salsa and guacamole is really good too. The staffis really nice, and they have a ROBOT that serves you drinks from the bar! Overall a great place for Family?s with greatwaiters/waitresses. Read more

We love going to Hacienda in Suwanee. Not only it is close to where we live, but the food is great (and less expensive than... other Mexican restaurants in the area), and the restaurant is nice. The patio is perfect for warmer days, you can also take ashort stroll after dinner/lunch, and visit the nearby stores. This restaurant has been through different management, but I thinkthe current one knows what they're doing. They have specials, and entertainment almost every day of the week.
