My first time at this location. Ordered a small coleslaw and a biscuit. I should of checked my bag nothing to eat with or... napkins. Cod food and hot food on same bag. I tried to call . The phone rung continually. Please provide proper eating utensils. Read more

Well placed an order told needed to wait 20 min thought great will get some fresh cooked stuff. Well got home chicken is soggy... chicken that tasted like it was reheated in a microwave and all the breading was falling off. I ordered Mac and cheese and gotmashed potatoes and they also forgot the biscuits after waiting almost 29 mins and had to walk in and get the food myself.Horrible horrible ! Save yourself the time and go to bojangles or Popeyes! KFC has hit rock bottom at this site. I will never goback even if I was starving and my children needed food and it was free. Read more

Just picked up a delivery order from here and I have to say this location sucks professionally. Customer service in staff could... definitely use some work. The young lady was on her cell phone outside in the parking lot when I pulled. She then went insidebefore I exited my vehicle. Once inside I saw that she was still on her cell phone behind the counter near the prep area. Notsure if she didn't see that I was inside already or if she was ignoring my presence to finish her phone call either way a couplethen entered and waitied to order. The young lady working walked to the back to talk on her phone more then after a few minuteswalked to the front and put her phone in her pocket. She leaned on the counter the couple waiting looked at me since the younglady working acted like she didn't see me. I informed everyone that I was waiting to pick up a delivery order, she askes thename without looking at me and then said again with no eye contact give me a minute. She then took the couples order, gave themtheir receipt and walked to the back to speak with the young man that was cleaning. She proceeded to sing a melody she made upabout wanting him to cook the fries for the order I was waiting on. She fixed the couples order after finally going to thefreezer and dropping the fries for my delivery order. After that she finally told me I was holding on fries. Last she gave methe food and an empty cup to fix the customer's drink for the order. The entire time she was making my order and the couplesorder she was on her cell phone. Sadened at this generation and their work ethics. This employee could use some lessons incustomer service. Read more
My absolute worst fast food experience ever. Sat at the window for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me. When I got to... the window the girl asked me what my order was. She came back and said ?I only have 3 pieces of original can I give you onecrispy?? I agreed but knew it was going to be bad. See the photo for what I got. 3 legs and a thigh that looked like it wascooked more than once. It was absolutely disgusting. When I called to complain, no one answered the phone. I then called thecorporate office and was on hold for nine minutes and finally hung up. I have never seen such terrible customer service in mylife. And to think this was my first job when I was a teenager. I can?t believe that a company such as KFC has such poor serviceand absolutely no response. I will never ever go back there again. Read more
This place is a literal joke. Never open, genuinely never. When they are open, they treat you like you're asking them to donate... a kidney when you try to order. The other day I went by and they said they were "out of chicken" and acted like I wasunreasonable when I asked why they were open if they don't have the main item they sell.
