This place is similar to Dave and busters, BUT it’s more on the lamer side and slightly unorganized. It was more of a headache... than it was fun. The wait times and the the way the wait reservation is set up is not a pleasant experience. When ordering food,the menu is not that understandable, there are two locations you can order food from, the actual food spot or the bar. I thoughtthe bar was only for drinks because that’s what the set up looks like, but nope!! Apparently they have a different menu forfoods than the were you get ice cream and pizza from! How is anyone supposed to know this? When you do order from the area thatlooks like we’re all the food is ordered from, they don’t take your name, they don’t tell you how to pick up your order orif it comes to you, No table number, no wait time frame (unless you ask all of this information, it’s not provided to you).There was no place to eat because the tables were all dirty and when I advised a worker, they were of NO HELP! The only decenthelp was the lady who helped us at the ticket area and the guys where you cash in your winnings. The games were a decent pricefor the money and for some games they had doubles so that you wouldn’t have to wait for others to get off. If you need topick between Dave and busters, Frankie’s fun park and this place, I suggest going to Dave n busters or Frankie’s. Once theyfix some of these issues, it will be a more pleasant experience. They do have a better ticket price for the bucks I thinkthough. (Unless the others have price matched). UPDATE: This locations has reached out to me in order to rectify the situation. The manager was very understanding and... apologetic about the experience. I will return *hopefully* for a better experience soon. I have been to this particularlocation on 3 different occasions in the last 2 months. Their ticketed games require service so often, they appear unusable. Itypically go with other adults, so I’m not worried about the games as much. But I went with kids the last two times and I’dsay save your money for another arcade. I went on weekend days and they are always understaffed, take long at the bar andyou’ll spend most of your experience looking for a game attendant, manager or an associate (that is still in training) for anyassistance. We bowled and the lanes needed service 6 times in our one hour lane rental. The laser tag guns don’t all work ortrack. At this point, EYE will reach out to corporate about my experience, but this place is only good for the bare minimal.Kids over 8-10 not recommended for your moneys worth. Great atmosphere, prices are reasonable compared to other arcade places. All the games were working, and we didn't have an issue... with waiting - alot to choose from. They don't accept Contactless payments yet. No EV charging. They can cater parties and theyserve alcohol. Overall awesome experience and I hope to be back. I would recommend. Read more
We really enjoy coming here. We celebrated my son's birthday here and attended a birthday party, both times the kids had a... blast. They have bowling, arcade, Lazer tag, and a rope obstacle course. They also have good food and dessert options, and we'vealways had a good experience with the staff. I would definitely recommend coming here. Read more
Terrible customer service, unhygienic bar tenders, (the bar tender was cashing out clients while making drinks, and squeezing... limes, oranges with bare hands without even washing his hands or at least wearing gloves.) I never really considered coming here for no particular reason. But my 10yo daughter was invited to a birthday party and she had... a blast with her friends. While I was waiting with my teenager, we did explore the place and got some food and drinks to passtime. We got the combo food+game card, she went to play and she said that it was so fun even though she was playing by herself.So I changed my mind and would come back again. Read more
This place was out of control FUN!!! I myself had a wonderful time and my kids had a blast. I have a 2 year old and a 6 and 8... year old and there was enough fun for all of us..
