First time visiting this location, and I will say it was pleasant. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, the lobby is... clean and our order was promptly made and distributed to us. A much better location than a few of the other locations in thearea. Only issue I have with this location is the size of the play area as a whole (seating wise) and the size of the apparatus. I come here every few weeks because it?s a convenient location and the food is usually okay. But it?s not well-managed at all.... Kitchen employees can be heard across the store making fun of customers who are still in the dining room. And no one seems to beassigned to keep the dining room tables cleaned and the napkins, straws, lids, etc. filled. Read more

I always give places a second chance and they blew it! First bad experience was a few weeks ago where the cashier did not repeat... my total or order and charged me $16 for someone else?s order. When I said my total shouldn?t be $16 for plain cheeseburger andfries she rolled her eyes and yelled for a manager. Took them 15 min to refund the amount and still charged me for my orderwhich at this point should?ve been free. Second bad experience was today when I spent 22 min in the drive through line orderinga plain cheeseburger and fries. I specified MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY for the cheeseburger and guess what? My fries are undercookedand the cheeseburger has everything on it. Waste of time Read more

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Upon arrival I was the only patron inside. I ordered my food via kiosk and sat... down to wait. While waiting I observed a manager/team leader based on uniform difference discussing some kind of issue with anemployee about something regarding their break and outside events. Their interaction was much flirtier than usual employeeinteractions. Point to be made another employee was making comments about the nature of their interactions and body language. Assomeone who previously worked in fast food, you have an expectation for timeliness. I waited nearly 25 minutes for my food andthey didn't have it together when they called me up. The same manager still asked about what else I had when she was looking atthe order right before I walked up. There were 7 other employees that were present with roughly 3/7 actually working. I gave it2/5 for food simply because some food was hot while 90% was cold and unsalted. Honestly this could have honestly been avoidedhad these employees had a standard for themselves as competent adults. Read more

I had to get my own food after ordering while I saw the manager this morning bring it to everyone else and he was the one who... handed me the table service number which is still on my table. The food wasn't hot so my butter just sat there. What a bunch ofdouble standard people, ugh! I'm appalled! Read more

Absolutely the worst. My mom visited this McDonald?s today. Apparently they had a bench missing the bottom. No warning,... nothing blocked off, just an open bench. Unfortunately my mom wasn?t aware of this and sat down and hit her back on the metal. The associate working there laughed at her instead of helping. When she stated she was hurt he immediately offered to give hera personal massage. Completely inappropriate. Will be reaching out to the district manager about this incident and safetyconcern. Do not go here? they apparently have no concerns for someone hurt, can?t image they care much for the food they areserving to the general public. Update- got a call from corporate following up on the issue 2 days after I inquired about it?said the franchise would contact us to follow up?still waiting. Zero shock. Read more

Went to this location and have never had to deal with such McDonald?s behavior in my life. The lady running the register was... about to get that club water she handed me instead of sprite thrown at her. I understand short staffed, I understand only takingcash (cause you?re stealing LOL) but just give me HOT, CORRECT food that I?m paying for. We've visited more than a couple of times by now and I love how clean it is. The playground is now open. The service is usually... alright. Today was very good and fast but the time before we got attitude from the person behind the counter. If you do thedrive through in the mornings most likely you will find a very nice man willing to not only take your order and help you withwhatever change you need to make ( I mean he ran to the other window to let them know I order a regular drink instead of a dietone as shown in the screen). So nice. Although in another day onother man behind the cash register couldn't help me to correctthe order because in his words "I don't know how to do that" so go figure. Good luck Read more
