We ordered two gukbaps and added a LA galbi medium (we pointed at it because it was written separately from the large - we... hadn?t even seen large). There?s a $6 difference in the bill.\n\nTurns out their new part-time server put it in wrong. But theymade us still pay for the large. Not sure how they?re still in business. In terms of Korean food, it\'s pretty solid, especially the cold noodles. The prices are reasonable and the inside space is... nice. The biggest problem is that they are short staffed and it\'s hard to get anyone\'s attention or to get served timely.Also, the woman who processes the bill is shady. They automatically try to add the tip or over bill you so make sure to checkthat everything is proper. Read more
An excellent meal! We ordered the following dishes:\n#63 Salted mackrell with soybean broth\nAmazingly grilled. Soup was... yummy\n#77 Dolsot Bibimbop\nVery hot (served in a stone bowl). Nice crispy rice. The spicy sauce was a perfect Complement. Nottoo hot with just the right amount of sweetness.\n#49 Kimchi Pancake\nPerfection. The dipping sauce was well balanced.\n#47Steamed Egg\nAlways a great compliment to korean food!\n\nThe banchan was excellent! We ordered the Family C combo which included plentiful sides, a seafood pancake, beef ribs, squid, and a big hotpot bowl. The... ribs were especially tender and juicy. Service was very quick and straightforward, however the lady overcooked the squid in thehotpot but this can vary from server to server. I?d say most of the meals are fairly priced and I would definitely come again,this is one of the more slept on Korean restaurants. Read more
Food was absolutely delicious! I ordered bibim nangmyun + bulgogib combo, there was dolsot Bibimbap, bento box, and more. All... were delicious. Only reason I docked them one star was the cups. Some had lipstick stained on them, I know cups are,clean but ifdishwasher didnt wiped down the rim of glasses, servers should have caught it before serving to customers. This restaurant is an interesting change to the standard Korean BBQ places that have become so popular. This may be a more... traditional style of K-cue in that it involves a slightly different cooking method and a completely different presentationstyle.\nThere are no shaved meats or meat on skewers. Instead all the meats came well seasoned and in large pieces that were cutafter cooking on the table top gas grill. Also, the hostess prepared the meal at the table. We as customers did not have a roleor were not encouraged to cook or cut anything.\nThere were a much wider range and more of the side dishes than I haveexperienced before and it was all very good and fresh.\nIf you have tried and liked Korean BBQ in the past, then you will wantto try Sodeulnyuk!
