Store attendant made us wait to order drinks while she put away and price inventory. Additionally once the order was placed she... was on her phone texting while I was trying to pay. I placed my order, went to the side of the counter to receive order. As the old white man was placing the lid on my cup, his... thumb went into my coffee! Then he said "I hope you enjoy your coffee". I threw the coffee into the outside trash and will neverorder from them again. Read more
This location can't really do anything- their drinks are fine, and their baristas are fine, but it's the ability of the actual... store. They cannot scan your rewards card, you cannot order online, they cannot do scan&pay. The location is basicallycrippled. Read more
They completely messed up my order and charged me $12 extra. Customer service number says they can't do anything because the... charge wasn't done on a Starbucks account. Pass this Starbucks to go to another one, it's not worth it. Read more
The Kroger store that the Starbucks was located in was great. I however, am not a huge Starbucks fan.I think it has something to... do with paying five bucks for a cup of coffee that I can pretty much get anywhere that tastes just as good with the exception oftheir specialty items, so I must have been badly in need of a cup of coffee to spend that kind of money on what turned out tobe, according to the employee who helped me an Americano grande or something like that.actually it was pretty funny when I askedthe guy what each thing was because apparently I was supposed to know that when I said can I have a cup of coffee I needed tocall it by name.
