Drove 20 miles to eat here. Inside dinning was closed with no online notification or sign outside telling customers of this.... Drive-thru was open but wanted to eat inside for the classic SnS experience. Food could have been good but we'll neverknow. Update your information. Read more
If I could give a zero I would. This was my first experience with this location , although 2nd time buying food at this food... chain, and both times were the most appalling service I?ve ever experience in a fast food. The man who was at the servi-car wasso rude , he didn?t wanted to repeat the order, even after some changes to the order where made. He kept on saying pay firstand then I?ll tell you the order. He is an incompetent and should not be working with public. Management should keep tag oftheir employees and trained them to do better in their service. Read more
I'm not much of a fast food diner. But when I do feel the need to grab something on the go, Steak 'n shake is my fast food of... choice. The food is cooked fresh l, the burgers actually taste like REAL beef, the cooking area is clean, the cashiers and cookslook tidy and ALWAYS have great attitudes. A Friday night and not busy. There was only one other occupied table. The order was not perfect. Onions were put on the burger... and not the chili and cheese was omitted from the cheeseburger. The lack of personalized service is probably why so few peoplewere. One of the "waiters" (aka/kiosk) was not working but the other 3 were still active. On the positive side, the shoestringfries are still some of the best and the chocolate peanut butter shake was a good value and well made. Well, it's been a while since I've dined indoors at Steak 'n Shake. I was a bit taken back to find that I HAVE TO order from a... kiosk, not a human in the front of the store. After placing my order, I did notice 2 employees, both very friendly. The food wasas I remembered, very good. The only exception was the bun, it fell apart and made for a messy meal. I was really sad not beingable to interact with a waitress or waiter. I'll have to rethink if I want to revisit S&S for indoor dining in the future. Read more
Very convenient, we dine in, used the machine to order, got our orders fast and enjoy a nice traditional American flare lunch... burger, fries and milkshake. My kids enjoyed it tremendously, will be back again. Read more
Ordered ahead but still had to sit in long drive through to pick up. No instructions on the app, so had to call to find out... where to pick up. Order is correct, but Frisco melt was burned and fries were stale. Shake was good Read more
