2 staff and 4 customers total and food not prepared to order and waitress inattentive. Omelet brown, dry, and overcooked. Cook... made new omelet but didn?t mix in blender so texture not typical for WH and a further disappointment. Hash browns burned andmissing onions. Waffle ordered light but served medium brown. As soon as we walked in the staff had loud music playing from their phone right by our table it was 5am at this time. Our... waitress was rude and seemed to be in a rush or aggravated one. She would barely let us speak to place our order. My 1st cupof coffee i received was so old and burnt. My husband asked for a fresh cup once she finally made her way back towards ourtable. All she did was pour another cup from the same nasty pot. My waffle was burnt, eggshells in my eggs and when I asked tohave them replaced she turned and walked away from our table as if she didn't hear me. TO TOP IT OFF! Her hair was swingingeverywhere. She was constantly moving it out of her fave and never washing her hands. Disgusting! We finally just paid our taband left due to rude customer service and just nastiness! Stopped in at 7pm on a Tue and was told that they were "...only doing take-out right now". Seeing only 5 other customers, I ask... why. With a completely straight face, this young twenty-something says: "Because we're behind on some stuff." I was literallydumbstruck to the point that I couldn't respond. They're turning away immediate and future customers because a couple of guys intheir 20s can't handle a dinner "rush" of 5 people. WH, you need to take a few cues from Chick-fil-A. Read more
Huh... One person working and he's so passed out he didn't wake up after we asked him LOUDLY if he was okay. He was just THAT... tired and asleep. We walked out. If you travel late at night around these parts, just avoid this location. Hopefully the dayshift is better. Read more
