This is gross! 3 wing meals and wing were not very well cook, when I was trying to bite still were hard and make a sounds. I... throw up! I been trying to call them but for some reason their phone are not working this is 10/28/22 around 7:50 I got them. IFSOMEONE GET SICK THIS IS ON YOU GUYS! This Zaxby?s used to be good. Gave a chance at redemption. Came in for lunch @ 12:00, Sunday. We went inside. Short line, quick service. Drive thru was busy.... Food was good, hot and fresh. Dining room had a crowd of people today. The store was all around cleaner this time, although itsmelled like an old dirty wet mop. The menu changes dropped the best Zalads. I tried a Spicy Chicken Club Sandwich; it was notbad, but was not impressed. Same comment from family. The Chicken Finger Plate was fine. Fingers is what they do best. I haven?t been back since they discontinued the Blue Zalad. I don?t eat Iceberg lettuce- it?s actually unhealthy. Please... Zaxby?s- I don?t want to pay $11.00+ for a lunch salad. Bring back real greens and the Blue Zalad. Read more

20 mins in drive thru Friday special request on order it fot messed up remake was done in a hurry half a normal portion. Saw... this whem we got home. Three times I?ve ordered a signature sandwich and it was basically just fried breading in a bun. No chicken, or very little. 9... bucks for some fry between some buns. Very disappointing bc the signature sandwich is the best when made correctly. Cmonpeople!!! Read more

I ordered two salads from this place and an order of the cheddar bites. When I got home I noticed I didn?t get any ranch sauce... that I ordered for my salad , nor did I get any sauce with the cheddar bites. Just got home with a 20 piece Family meal, no sauces and a little box of fries that has no more than 10-12 fries. I call the... store manager and explain to them the order and the problem and that we are on a job site and don?t have enough time to run backup there, I?m 20 minutes away, I can?t lose 40 minutes of time to correct their failure. He said?.?no problem, next time you areup here IF YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT we will give you three sauces and a fry., Never again will I set foot in that store. Buffalo Bleu salad is pretty good, sorry, I just can't bring myself to say "zalad"... The menu is a little simple in my opinion,... hence the 4 star rating. I would rather that they keep a simple menu and do it right, however. The decor is wood paneling andlocal sport-centric, with a splash of vintage advertisements. Every one that I have ever been in is above average clean, and thestaff is usually young, but focused on their job. All in all, an above average experience, with quick and good service. The goodis good for what it is, but the slice of chewy Texas toast with fake butter is the single downfall to the concept. If thereplaced that with some yeast rolls with honey butter, it would be a grand slam, and I would seriously consider a 5 star rating. Read more
