Ordered food, waited for about 15 or 20 minutes. All customers that ordered food after me got their order right away. Went up... asked where is my order. Lady said my bad didn't put your order in. Asked for a refund manager said he would have my order in afew minutes. Said no thanks and left. He did give me a refund. Which will take up to a week to be put back on my card. Thisseems to be a regular thing for me these days at many different places. Read more
We tried one more time to get hot chicken. Well it tasted like it had been cooked first thing that morning and kept under a... heat lamp all day! It was awful. We ordered through the app last time and same thing happened. We thought we would go in andorder a to go box and it would be freshly cooked?.it was not! Stopped there to eat after driving 6 hours, the girl behind the counter told me that the chicken was old and had NOT been... charged out, it looked very burnt. I ask when some FRESH chicken will be available, , a girl from the back told us 20 to 30minutes, she said I was welcome to what they had in the warmer. We decided we were going to give KFC another try. Very bad move.?? We were planning on dining in. The dining area WAS VERY COLD... you can't be comfortable and eat when you're shivering. My husband had to search for a CLEAN table. One of the employees wassweeping the floor though. Never saw the first mop though. It had to be cold in the back since there was employees wearingcoats. The cashier was very unfriendly she had a look on her face that said I don't want to be here & why did we have to comehere. She was the same way with the family that placed their order just before mine. It took them 20 minutes from the time theyplaced our order to us getting our food and in times past they've been a lot faster. We had ordered the two-piece meals and wenever got our cookies that went with it and the biscuits were cold. How in this world this place stays in business I don'tunderstand people must be desperate for some food and don't want to go anywhere else. Read more
