Went in and got major attitude from the girl at the counter, because she had to do a little work. Then when I placed my order... they didn't have what I wanted. Just once I would like to go in there and not get attitude from the staff. Don't like your jobthen quit and find something else. Read more

The girl that started our order didn't even ask us what type of bread we wanted just assumed to give us whatever she... wanted. They need to put some microphones in there so that the staff can hear us when we're trying to place our order so wedon't have to yell. Had to repeat it several times what we wanted and they still couldn't hear it. The sandwich tasted okaythough. The service is not good when you have to repeat yourself several times. I understand they got those tables to beprotective between staff and customers when ordering but when nobody can hear you thats bad service. Read more

I gave this a 1 for this reason. I ordered the roasted chicken protein bowl and asked for double meat for the $2 extra, like I... have done at every other Subway before. Even at this one for a week straight. They stated the double meat deal was for the subonly and not the protein bowl. They said they got in trouble for doing it and that it already comes with double meat. Doublemeat is double the normal portion of meat it comes with. If the protein bowl comes with foot long portion, that is normal meat.Double meat is twice that. So either the advertisement is false or the employees lied to me. Read more

I give it a two because the food is good. They did make my sandwich how I asked them to and they got me out in a reasonable... time. BUT the customer service is God awful. The two the younger women seriously have an attitude problem that needs to befixed. Read more

I went in with my own mask on, nervous but ready to give a local shop my business tonight. Subway has always had the plexi glass... separating the food from customers but the person fixing sandwiches had nothing protecting customers from her! She wore NOMASK! her face was less than 18 inches from the sand which she was fixing!! I turned and left. Do they not know we are in aandemeic? Read more
