I will certainly not order from this restaurant anymore. Ordered food and called to make sure they would put the little rolls... with the dinner. I was assured that "she" (whoever the person I spoke with) would make sure those would be included as they"come with every meal." Well, this is the third time that I ordered my food from them and every single time, NO rolls. The firsttime this happened and complained I was told that a manager would call me on Monday to make this right, yet that also neverhappened! Then I was told, "sorry we ran out of them." I don’t normally leave reviews but the service was so unpleasant that me and my family didn’t enjoy dining in. This was our... first last time eating there. The server linsey was quite rude from the moment she served us, her manner was so unpleasant todeal with you can tell off the bat that she didn’t want to be there and was annoyed that we were there in the first place. Sheserved us with complete attitude and passive aggressiveness the entire time we were there. If you want to get food from here IHIGHLY recommend that you order for pickup rather than dine in. We normally have fantastic service at this location. Unfortunately not this time. Our server Linsey gave us the impression that... she did not want to be there. Not engaging, inattentive and overall came across very cold. It was practically empty tonight, andwe had a hard time finding her to get drink refills. I went in to order five packages of dough because I was going to have a Make your own pizza party. Walter was a wonderful help,... and offered to roll the dough out for me! And also sold me the marinara sauce and mozzarella. My party became a lot easier! Andthe pizza was delicious! Thanks Walter for all your help. Read more
This was one of the worst restaurants we have ever been too strictly due to the service we received. The server that we had... seemed annoyed we were there and would barely speak to us and after seeing the other server that was also working tonight wemight have actually had the “better” server. The manager was the only one that asked how everything was, refilled ourdrinks, and brought us bread and boxes at the end of the meal, he was wonderful. It is a shame because the food isn’t bad andthe cooks looked like they were working very hard so I would recommend getting take out especially after watching the woman thatwas doing the take out orders she definitely seemed like she was working hard and had a smile on her face. Amazing as usual! The customer service is always great! They ARE serving inside. There were only a few of us, it was clean,... everyone was wearing masks. The menus were paper for easy tossing. I definitely felt comfortable. The servings were a goodportion. We had some for snacks the next day ???? Read more
Our bartender, Colton is the best! The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and the food was excellent.
