Honestly always some issue when I come here. Wrong price, randomly closed, online order only, debit machine doesnt work, out of... ingredients. One time there was a 2 hour wait million people ordered online no cancel button on website. Never would I reccomendordering online. Its slower and order will prob be missing something. Now its open at 1045. Thats not really an actual problem,just strange. Like name 1 place in existence that opens at 1045 specifically Lol. Read more

This place is terrible, only online orders and they don?t ever get them correct so if you do order in advance check your orders... carefully. It takes about 25 minutes or more until they might make it. Plenty of people moving around doing things but nobodycooking orders. Read more

Ordered ahead thinking we could save time before a road trip. Long story short, online orders were being ignored. Employees were... just stacking up online order slips while filling in-person orders. After waiting 15 minutes past my order pickup time, I had toget in line so they could finally start my online order. Poor management!!!! Read more
This Chipotle is an absolute joke. Continuously out of ingredients. Consistently taking ?online orders only?, which they then... consistently mess up. And the ones that are not incorrect, are half filled at best. Choose literally any location other thanthis. Read more
Just here to confirm all of the other negative reviews about this location. Very disorganized, staff standing around doing... nothing, told me they ?couldn?t control when the chicken would be done?. Actually, that?s the point. You can and should controlthe stock of food at your restaurant. Shame on your manager for not managing anything or teaching the staff basic customerservice skills. I?m a fan of this company as former team member, well aware of the expectations for a location, and sadly thislocation meets literally none of them. Manager did nothing to help me. Just stood there. Tried to order online and that wouldn't work, then I call and the automated voice wouldn't let me pay for my food and just kept... asking what I would like to add next. Then deleted my order and made me start again. I hung up. Nothing against the people whowork there but why can't they answer the phone. Read more
