Great dinner tonight at Paradiso Ristorante! Warmly greeted at the door and escorted to our high top table behind the bar. Great... spot, just the right amount of background noise mixed with oldies radio. My wife had the Limoncello martini, I had some Jamisonon ice, both perfect, along with a huge app of calamari and marinara sauce which we totally enjoyed. Out came the mains, my vealpiccata, my wife’s chicken and eggplant parmigiana, both hit all the notes, outstanding. Our server Emma was great, stoppingby often, we weren’t left wanting for anything. Thank you! Read more

Popular and crowded. Food is delicious! Front of house staff (hostess/seaters) seem disinterested. Waitstaff and runners were... attentive and friendly. The front of the establishment contains the bar (self seating) and lounge (escorted seating) areas;both a tight space. There is a separate dining room area in the back which is quieter and more spacious. Pricing is on average(mid range) - Gnocchi $17 & Ribeye $32) - and portions are just right! Read more

It was a great experience having dinner at Paradise Ristorante. Michael, our waiter, was very welcoming, professional, attentive... without being overbearing and made our dining experience even better. We ordered a calamari appetizer, a big salad with Italiandressing, a special (Pescatore Fradiavolo, an amazing flavourful seafood and linguini dish that alone is worth a trip to thisrestaurant). We shared our food, and it was plenty for both of us. We finished our dinner with tea and an apple blossom, alsodelicious. The dining room was specious and inviting. They played Italian music and Frank Sinatra songs, not too loud, justright to add to a pleasant dining experience. We really loved dining at Paradiso Ristorante and will definitely be back. Thankyou! The restaurant was so loud our ears hurt like we went to a concert. We couldn't hear the person across from us at the table. I... ordered a pasta dish with home made fettuccine, but substituted it for GF pasta. The chef cooked the pasta undercooked so muchso that when you cut the pasta it was still white and dry in the center. They charged us $8 for the GF pasta, but we all knowthat home made fettuccine costs more than GF pasta. Wouldn't you think for $8 the chef would've tried the pasta to make sure itwas cooked. And to make matters worse, the chef sent the server back to tell us they serve their pasta al dente. I've been GFfor 25 years, and this is the first time a chef tried to pass off crunchy pasta as al dente. In fact it is the only restaurantthat served us under cooked pasta. Read more

Wonderful evening! Sat at the bar and enjoyed the festive decorations. Ordered arancini (which they called arancitto?) Two of us... couldn't resist the pull off the parmesan, one chicken and one chicken and eggplant, with a salad or homemade fusilli. I optedfor the pescatare, shrimp, scallops, haddock, mussels and clams over spaghetti! A lovely night indeed! Read more
