Excellent customer service, I LOVE that this business employs people who live with disabilities
The staff were rude and they didn't get our orders right
I came in After a football game and they didn?t cook my chicken properly and it made me throw up not impressed with the surface
The worst customer service. I came through drive thru & got myself, my husband, and our children food. I live about 5 minutes... away and realized I was missing 1 fry. I just called to let them know, they then argued with me that they definitely put it inthe bag, okay but it?s not there? They then tell me that they have to check the cameras and that I?ll get a call back, 5 minutespass, no call. So I send my husband up there at this point. They just hand him a fry, no words or apology for being rude orforgetting something we paid for. It wasn?t even about the fry at that point, it was the principle. If I?m gonna try and scamsome food, I promise it would not be a small fry. Read more
