The worst customer service. I came through drive thru & got myself, my husband, and our children food. I live about 5 minutes... away and realized I was missing 1 fry. I just called to let them know, they then argued with me that they definitely put it inthe bag, okay but it?s not there? They then tell me that they have to check the cameras and that I?ll get a call back, 5 minutespass, no call. So I send my husband up there at this point. They just hand him a fry, no words or apology for being rude orforgetting something we paid for. It wasn?t even about the fry at that point, it was the principle. If I?m gonna try and scamsome food, I promise it would not be a small fry. Read more

Swan River, Manitoba The order taker is very interruptive and doesn?t listen, ordered a burger with no onions and extra pickles... and got a burger with nothing on it at all! This isn?t even the first time this has happened! Would like to see improvement whenit comes to the person taking the orders from customers. Edit- July 16th 2022 Still continuing to receive poor service at swanriver?s A&W. Recent order taker has done a great job but now it seems the cook that need some improvement. Ordered my food andsaw that it was correctly put on the screen and when I received my food, it was completely wrong! It wasn?t even a mix up withanother order, the cook just seemed to simply ignore the order info completely! Honestly with the prices going up it?s notlooking like it?s even worth it to get good from there anymore since what you order isn?t what you get anymore ! Read more

Youre lucky I'm not given the option to post a picture so people can see these buddy burgers from our local a&w. I bought them... at 345pm on Feb 5 2022. There's supposed to be sauteed onions on here. I bought 5. All the same. Looks like they scraped thecrud off the grill and pressed it into a quarter sized circle on the center of the bun. Absolutely terrible. For shame youcareless staff. For shame. You just lost a customer forever. Read more

No longer fast food. Unfortunately this restaurant has gone quite downhill since new ownership/management in 2021. I've had... several bad experiences, but today was bad enough for me to come write this review. I was 2nd car in drive thru, only othervehicle was already at pick-up window. My order was two burger combos, and I had a coupon, so I hit redeem on my phone whilemaking my order. I sat in the drive-thru for just over 15 minutes waiting for my order... I know because I screenshot my couponwhich had only 5 mins left (from 20) before expiring! This is at 6pm in evening, when maximum staff should be on to provideprompt service! It's really too bad, as the previous management and staff provided such great service. Sorry, best to avoid. Read more
