Normally I love Applebee's but definitely not this location. Hubby and I both ordered the steak well done and both were rare. He... ordered fries and got mashed. I ordered mashed and they were cold. So when the manager stop by the table and I told her she saidshe would fix it. She sent out more COLD so when I asked to speak to her I asked her to put the bowl in her hand so she couldsee they were not even warm. She started to tell me she would fix it again. At that point I told her we couldn't stay any longercause we had to be somewhere soon. She took 3.50 off our bill. The food was quite tasty but they are very short staffed and overwhelmed. Our waitress was also the bartender and had her hands... full. From their attitudes, you can tell they were very annoyed with even small requests. The man who brought our food out wasincredibly rude and I'm almost he was the manager. Definitely will not be back. Went in for a later dinner and food was so so. Chicken tortilla soup tasted like chicken broth with spice horrible. Manager... served it and took it back was acredc flag to me then. Took off bill that wad fine. Certain things not to order later I'velearned tonite. But orher food looked great and was enjoyed. Read more
Applebee's was good the lady who served us kept calling my wife and I love bugs my wife enjoyed that the food was good. No... complaints. The tea was no good though. Other than that dirty silverware is my only complaint. Great service. The host was kindof a little weird. But it made it fun. Read more
Such a big difference since the last time I went. The food was cooked perfect. The server was nice and very friendly, even... accommodated a seat change along with my messy child. I said a year ago I would never go back. Decided to give it another trytonight. Glad I did. Will be back for sure. Read more
Looking for a local place to take someone from out of town to eat, called ahead to see how busy, and that we had 8 in our... party. Not busy and yes for our party of 8. We arrived and waited, noting customers in only a handful of tables/booths.Thinking for sure we would go to one of the 2 big corner tables. We were told they can?t really seat a party of 8. We askedabout corner table? they said they cannot seat 8 at those. Seeing 2 empty low tables for 4 each, RIGHT next to each other, wewere told they cannot push tables together. First I have heard. Half our party was kids. Without any accommodations, we saidwe would go elsewhere. Today was a holiday so not many places open. But they had only a few customers. Really liked the service and everyone was working wherever was needed. I love to see people work together as a team . I'm... strictly a frozen margarita type of person but the 5.00 drinks must've been so good the strawberry puree was ran out. I didenjoy the Bahama Mama . The food was delicious and price was reasonable. But to see everyone working hard to make surecustomers needs are met and putting aside ego. Was truly mind-blowing. Read more
