Ordered a Deluxe Quarter Pounder and the meat was pink and raw on the inside. The place is understaffed which signals that upper... management is not doing enough to retain workers. The workers themselves are great. Overall service is terrible. Read more
Came for breakfast. Pulled up in the drive thru. Was told "hang on a second please" and then sat in the second lane for over 5... minutes as 2 other cars in lane 1 got their order placed. After about 7 minutes my order was finally taken. The girl at thesecond window was actually pleasant and was doing her best due to being short handed. The woman whom I'm assuming was a manager(very short hair) who was also on headset, was very rude to a few customers at the speaker. Just the way she snaps back at themis ridiculous. Can't get an order right. And today when I bit into my mc chicken I noticed it was oddly soft and mush, started picking it apart... and it's pink and mushy. I thought they were pre cooked so there's no way they can be raw or undercooked but I guess I'mmistaken. Tried to call to speak to a manager, and the line says they aren't accepting calls. Dont come here!! Drive to the next one. They took 30 mins for me to get my food. I had to stand and wait for someone to even... take my order then when finally getting my food it was awful. I was missing a sandwich and the majority of my order was burntcharcoal black. When calling management I spoke with a lady she gave me her name and said she would replace the whole order. SoI travel to this location and when I get there the manager said she was her but she didn't speak to me. That she didn't workthat day so somebody gave me her name and she couldn't replace my order. Which is poor management. The manager on duty wasunprofessional and didn't just fix the problem and now I will no longer come to this location I will travel to another. Ok...Granted, I have hirer than expected customer service demands and I know it's McDonald's but this location pushes the limits... any graces I could grant. Two visits with issues with the order...but I left it alone. Third order, I called to let them knowthere was an issue. The person answering the call offered no apology; but, rather responded, "yeah...how you wanna fix it?" asif I were disturbing him (likely the conversation that was going on when I pulled up...where no one said a thing...just shoveledthe drinks out the window then a quick instruction to move to the number two slot). I immediately responded, "nevermind" andended the call. Let's just say I'm done with that location. If you don't mind missing items, cold good, and bad service, that'syour stop. Read more
