Oh my WORD! I met my daughter for lunch one day and liked the name so we took a chance. WOW! We ate outside, up on the hill but... the waitress never failed to be timely and courteous. The food was beyond tasty! I had the ribs and they were the most tenderribs I have ever tried! The rub wasn't quite my cup of tea, but the sauce and the ribs themselves made up for that. Awesome smoked pulled pork and ribs!! Potato salad has ranch dressing, very good! Mexican corn here and was ok. Don't have... fountain sodas, canned. Overall, the food was good, server was prompt and friendly!! Read more
Wow they call these dirty ribs?! They're beyond dirty. They're diamonds that I personally would call competition ribs. I'll... forever be a loyal customer. This review is only if you have Celiac or Gluten sensitivity: Was told the tacos at the El Guaco Taco were gluten free however... there must have been some cross contamination somewhere as I am incredibly sick now. This place is really neat, but I would nottrust food from any of the regular trucks (El Guaco Taco, Space Shuttle Cafe, Soulcial Smash, or Fine Swine) to be gluten free.There may be guest trucks from time to time that are safe though. As far as the taste of the food it was okay the Carnitas tacowas the best, however the tortillas were not grilled or warmed and we're straight from a package. The corn was not roasted.There were no beans or guacamole. This place is really cool, but if you have food allergies I would not take a chance eatinghere. If you don't have food allergies this is probably a 4 or 5 star place. Read more
Here's how it works: the restaurant building is where you order from the bar area, then eat inside or outside. On one menu you... can order food from 3 different food trucks, as well as chef specials from the Soulcial Kitchen. It looks like all food isprepared from one kitchen in the building. So many options to choose from (Smashburgers, BBQ and Tex-Mex), so everyone will behappy! On Friday nights (and possibly weekend nights?), the food truck patio area is open with a lot of seating where you orderdirectly from the food trucks. Soulcial Kitchen also gives back to feed the hungry by purchasing certain meals, or directlypaying a meal forward by purchasing a free meal token. Read more
What a great place that gives back to the community. Four food truck offerings with indoor and patio seating. Got a delicious... cheese quesadilla stuffed with a cheddar cheese blend with just a touch of chopped roasted red peppers and black beans. Thefriendly owner suggested a taco trifecta with three different meat options. Delicious! Dessert offerings were beautifullypresented mini cheesecakes, pineapple upside down bundts, and cupcakes. Brought them home to try and they were delightful. Purchased an $8 token to add to the growing lantern of donations which will be used to fund a food truck run to areas in need. Plenty of patio and outdoor seating and live music featured. Highly recommend!! Read more

This location has struggled for a long time for something awesome to stay put, not sure if that keeps people away but give it a... shot. The food inside is fantastic, no joke that they do everything really well and one of my favorite restaurants for the wholefamily. If you can catch one of the live band / food truck nights is so much fun for all. Definitely check this out, the foodportions are large, costs are very fair, and they do alot of good for the community. Read more
