Tried this one vs the one in Fairview and was pleasantly surprised. The food was very fresh.
On our trip here we got a biggie bag and a 4 for 4. Our 4 for 4 was suppose to come with a burger, nuggets, and a fry. Ours came... with two things for nuggets and a bigger fry than usual. Looks as though they were trying to cover up for the missing burger.Fries were also cold. Truly disappointed to say the least. Waiting for 30 mins in line as usual..... they make one damn meal at a time and seem to be having an awesome time laughing and... playing around in there! Must be awesome to get paid to do that. Lol and to add to that I got no fork no straws and no sauce.Y'all really are some gems. Read more
I called to replace my order she didn?t have any concern for my order that was wrong. She hung up on me not have a nice day or... anything if the sort. Rude tone and bogus customer service should have went to Fairview. The new cashier was cool but he got itwrong with help.. Read more
I entered the parking lot and drove past a blonde employee sitting outside by the front door smoking a cigarette. I drove... around to the ordering area, I could hear noise coming from the speaker so I waited for someone to greet me and take my order,that never happened, I drove up to the window and honked,still no one came. I drove to the front and noticed an employeesitting alone in the dining room, I continued around to the cigarette smoking employee and asked if I could place an order, shesaid they were only doing Doordarsh and I could not order. There was no sign to notify customers of this and the employee madeno effort to wave me down on my first pass, very poor customer service. Read more
Wish I could review the lady that was working because most places in this area have straight down the toilet but this Wendy?s... and the lady working tonight was so friendly and helpful. Definitely an A+ Read more
They can't get my order right! Double stack $5 bag. No cheese, no mustard no ketchup no pickles. Just lettuce, tomatoes and... onion only! I got everything I didn't what on my sandwhich and the meat was red inside! Read more
I don't come to this Wendy's often but booooy they hooked us up! Fries were overloaded and food was fresh! They made THE BEST... pineapple mango lemonade!! Customer service was also great, everyone was friendly. Read more
